The spacious and fenced outdoor area provides a private hot tub, firepit, fenced dog kennel, a cornhole game, and multiple alfresco living and dining options. Concoct a refreshing beverage at the wet bar in the fully-equipped game room, appointed with a foosball table and a pool table that also converts into a Ping-Pong table. An added perk includes a two-car garage.

After fun-filled days, kick back in the welcoming living area, which offers a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV. Hours of fun are spent in the fully-stocked game room, detailed with a pool/Ping-Pong table, foosball table, smart TV, and a wet bar. Have fun playing classic games like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Dragon's Lair on the cocktail-style arcade cabinet! A queen sofabed offers an additional sleeping option.

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware. When your delectable dishes are ready, dine together at the table. The kitchen island also accommodates guests.

This home sleeps six adults and two children. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed, a full-size sofa bed, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the living area.

A true outdoor paradise, the fenced yard offers plenty of room to both relax and entertain. Host an afternoon cookout and dine alfresco on the deck. In the evening, pamper yourself with soaks in the private hot tub or gather around the gas firepit. Bonus features include a fenced kennel and a cornhole game.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
