Établissement à recommander à tout point de vue. Personnel sympa, emplacement au cœur de la ville, équipements modernes, propreté éclatante, restaurant et bar, le tout dans une ambiance conviviale.

A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He allowed us to have a wonderful meal in his restaurant even though we were late arriving due to the maintenance issue. He went above and beyond his duties. He also was helping the front desk person,there were two wedding parties at the hotel with one front desk short staffed. The restaurant manager needs a raise and job security.

We have taken note of your experience and will do everything in our power to improve our response capacity in the event of technical problems in the future.Regarding the parking lot, we are aware that access can be difficult at this point, special with all the construction around our hotel. We are constantly working to improve this situation and make entry more convenient for our customers.However, we are delighted to hear that our restaurant manager was a positive point of your stay. His dedication to helping with the air-conditioning, is much appreciated and expect. We are delighted that he was able to provide you with an excellent meal in our restaurant, even after your late arrival due to the maintenance problem. His attitude beyond the call of duty is exemplary, and we are proud to have him on our team.We always trying to provide the best to our customers, this is the team's values and what everyone works towards – thank you for your recognition!We have also taken into consideration your comments about our reception staff.
