« This place is very runned down nothing like the pictures. Roof leaks, smells, was dirty and the fact is we are elderly and wanted a suite we were not informed it was on second floor with no elevator I am upset that I used my key card rewards for this. We will not be staying here ever again. Last thing is coffee in lobby is cold!!! »
