The Cottage @Tidelines was quite spacious and comfortable. With a well equipped kitchenette, it is easy enough to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the town centre, and you can get to the beach easily, which is just across the road.

Very lovely design of the studio - especially if you like timber. A lot of timber in the construction of the unit. Spacious compared to a normal hotel room.

Highly recommended
We loved our stay. Great little apartment with a kitchen so we could make ourselves some dinner and breakfast. Loved the easy access to the waterfront,I went for a lovely walk along the beach and around the point. The owner were very friendly.

Perfect studio by the sea
We loved our stay in the Studio at Tidelines. Everything we needed was there - including books, DVDs magazines. Studio was spacious, very clean and close to all amenities.

The Villa was small but more than adequate for us (a couple). The bathroom was on the small size. While the shower was a good size because of the lack of space the hand basin was very small and there was very little room for personal toiletries etc.

A perfect stay. Everything you needed. For the price a proper second bed would be nice but bed settee was comfortable. Close to everything with beautiful views. Even binoculars too, a nice thought.

This place was an absolute hidden gem! The rooms where so nice, extremely well maintained and with such a good location I felt like I was at home! I cannot recommend this to anyone who is thinking of coming to Deloraine, it is a special place so why not make you leave stay special too.

Very Clean, central location - close to town centre, nice walks, beach and restaurants. Villa was quite small but had everything we needed. Owners not onsite but left clear instructions how to contact them if necessary and they would be there in minutes. Quiet and private. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway
We loved the location. Unit was very clean and looked welcoming. Short stroll to the beach and places to eat are also nearby. Friendly and responsive owners. We originally picked this accommodation for being dog friendly. We are returning in a few weeks because we had a great overall experience.

We stayed in the back villa which was very small. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was originally the garage on the property. It had hotplates and a microwave with sea views from the patio in front. Free parking and a single storey building set back off the street meant it was quiet. It only had a double bed which is unusual nowadays not that there was room for a larger bed anyway. I wouldn’t call this a ‘boutique apartment’ and I didn’t think it was good value for money.

I would just like to mention that we are very honest on all sites and state the Villa is compact and only holds a double bed.This unit was purpose built for accommodation and was never a garage.You chose our smaller unit and the other 3 are much larger.

The parking for our unit is on grass. Walking back to the room brought the grass and mud into the room. The floor was therefore dirty. Bed very uncomfortable. Never did get to meet the reception since the key was left inside the room (door opened) and checking out was just walking back out. Our unit is called the Villa. Comments above only applied to this unit. I don't know about the other 2 units.

I am sorry about the grass getting into your Unit,but we had mowed the lawns then got 36ml of rain.Outside your unit is a paved area and an outside mat. We do self check in as our guests can arrive when they like,if we had to stay at Reception until sometimes 10 o"clock at night we would have to increase our prices to cover wages.Steve and myself live 5 minutes away and will come to Tidelines any time someone wants us,we are also on site from 8.30am until 1pm daily.We have never had a complaint about the Villa bed ,but will ask guests daily so we can get some feedback.

Sorry....did you not look in fridge there is butter,honey,jam,vegemite and peanut butter....We supply these in every unit for every guest.

The apartment is excellent. Its location is very close to the supermarket, restaurants and particularly Penguin Tour. Very clean and tidy. Stylish and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely location, well appointed apartment. Only improvement would have been a dryer as well as washing machine. Fortunately my friend was staying in apartment with dryer so I just used that one.
