« Very up to date home, it offered a clean and comfortable stay for us. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent communication with owner. Hope to stay again. »

« We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate...

« Loved the place! Clean, comfy, and Emmanuel was awesome to deal with. Will definitely be looking to stay again! »

« The house was clean with lots of bedrooms. On a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was not well equipped and everything was the most basic, from the sheets to the comforter to the furnishings. »

« Beautiful property and neighborhood, with lovely view of fields and pastures. House was lovely, clean, comfortable, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Hosts and owners were very hospitable and accommodating. »

« When you rent a single family luxury home you expect to be the only ones at the premises. At this house, there were people in the basement, accompanied by 3 and sometimes 4 cars in the driveway. Rather unimaginable. How is anyone going to feel comfortable under those conditions. We left our reservation early. You can’t VRBO a “luxury property “ like that and expect people to like it. Additionally, there were quite a few ants on the kitchen counter tops. It would appear the occupants in the...

« Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed »

« Clean room. Quiet. »

« We shared the house with extended family for a week, and it worked out well for us (4 parents, 2 teens, & 4 kids age 3-11). Everything was clean, and there was enough space for individuals to separate from the group when they needed some quiet time. The shower in the basement was wonderful, and there was plenty of hot water for both bathrooms at the same time, even for multiple showers in succession. A couple things to be aware of: the kitchen appliances are great, but the pots/pans available...

« When looking at potential properties I always read the recent previous reviews on a curve. From now on this property has now changed that for me going forward. There was excellent communication from the property manager leading up to check-in. I glanced over the first red flag comment when the manager stated “The blinds aren’t broken, they’re just bent”. They were correct, they weren’t functionally broken, but every single mini blind had broken OR missing slats, they should’ve been trashed....
