• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, or candles anywhere on the property (extra charges apply if violated).
• Follow all hot tub instructions carefully indicated in the digital guidebook.
• Keep mudroom door closed to conserve heat.
• Children must be supervised - no climbing on bunks, stairs, or near fire.
• In snow, park cars close together on the far side (near woods) for plowing. Shovel porch stairs if needed; salt provided (don’t use near hot tub).
• Keep doors/windows closed to retain heat and prevent animals from entering. Ensure the rear deck door is securely locked; it can blow open.
• Do not sit or climb on deck railings.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
