SPACE: Step inside to a bright, open-concept great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, forest views, and a comfortable sectional perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. The main living area includes a gas fireplace, dedicated dining space, and a well-appointed mudroom built for ski and gear storage.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, island seating, and all cookware needed for group meals.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath, walk-in shower

Bedroom 5 (Bunk Room): Multiple full/twin configurations, sleeps 4–6

Please note, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter months due to the mountainous terrain.

ACCESS: Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, mudroom, deck, yard, firepit, and parking areas. The property is exclusively yours during your stay.

TRANSIT: A car is required in this area. The home offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for trucks with ski racks or trailers. Roads are well-maintained year-round, and Sunday River Road offers fast, direct access to the mountain.

In winter, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles due to mountain conditions.
