This charming 2-bedroom condo in the esteemed Sea Colony West Resort is the perfect little getaway for your much-needed vacation to rest, relax, and recharge. Located next to a large, beautiful lake with tennis courts just around the corner - not to mention the 3-min drive to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Enjoy the open concept living and dining areas that open to the spacious, private deck featuring a gas grill and outdoor shower. Guests have access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing the open concept in the primary suite, you'll appreciate the privacy windows that blanket the room in plenty of light, as well as the large vanity area and tiled shower.

But perhaps the guest bedroom is our favorite because of all its possibilities! Featuring a queen bunk bed with a double trundle - that's right, we said a queen bunk bed... a queen bed on the bottom, a queen bed on the top, with a double/full trundle tucked underneath. Are your kids bringing their besties with them on vacation? Plenty of room for all of them to share! Looking for a quieter vacation with just a couple kids? They'll have plenty of room to make their own little spaces on each bunk and spread out with their coloring books and iPads before bedtime. Planning a golf trip with the guys or travel tennis with the gals? Feel like a kid again having slumber parties with your pals!

AMENITIES & USAGE FEES
Sea Colony is an award-winning Beach & Tennis Resort Community, featuring a half mile of private pristine beach, 12 pools (including beachfront & indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, community shuttle, playgrounds, basketball, walking and biking trails, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best US Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory; see bottom of listing for details.

All renters at Sea Colony are responsible for paying an Amenities Fee. This fee includes a recreation badge as well as up to two parking permits per unit. A minimum of three badges must be purchased to receive a second parking permit. Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Superb property. Property manager incompetent

Amazing condo, very comfortable, everything you could need. Sea Colony is clean, fun, family friendly. Property manager (Win-Le) incompetent. We got locked out, the keypad was not working, called three times and no response to get back into unit. Fortunately it fixed itself (no idea how). Unacceptable.

Great Sea Colony Vacation

Our 13th summer at Sea Colony Resort was just as fantastic as the previous 12. The pools and tennis activities kept us entertained, and the welcoming atmosphere continues to make it our favorite family getaway.

Everything about our stay was great. The Sea Colony is such a nice place and the unit was perfect! When we arrived, it was already dark. The unit was a little hard to find. Our only recommendation would be to place the unit # on a second spot if possible. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Lovely time - Perfect location for our family!

My family has wonderful memories of Sea Colony and this year's stay (after 6 years away) was just what we needed! Perfect size, perfect location (near the West Lake gazebo and activity center) and perfect community within a great beach town. The rental was a comfortable size for our family of 5. It's cozy but has everything you need. We enjoyed the large tables inside and outside on the large deck and the kitchen had what we needed to cook and grill. My kids loved the outside shower and the big queen bunk bed room and the wildlife all around. We rarely drove and either used the shuttle or bike rode where ever we wanted to go. Sea Colony is a great place to vacation for those who love beach days, pool access, shaded areas to for walking and biking riding, and having lots of tennis/pickle ball/fitness amenities. Would definitely recommend! We can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Overall good. Nice location. Second bathroom in BR was the size of a small closet and hard to get in and out of. Closets had no space to hang long items. Beds were VERY uncomfortable with toppers on top of mattress (?)

Great property!

Loved this house! Updated, great location in Sea Colony close to a bus stop and activity area with playground. Worked really well for our young family. Would definitely stay here again.
