pour le Sri Lanka, c'est pas mal..
Pour le Sri Lanka, c'est pas mal...ils ne savent pas encore faire avec le tourisme. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, le restaurant est très correct. Les chambres standard ne sont pas assez petites, surtout pour un 3 ème lit, pourtant proposé et facturé.

What you see is not what you get !!!
Except for the food, rest of the things were mediocre, the doors and cupboards were squeaky , the bath room stinks, the rooms are not maintained properly, the water from the tap is not even good for rinsing your mouth......definitely not value for money

浴槽の汚さ。コップの汚さ。タオルも雑巾のようなボロボロのもの。浴槽もコップも本当に洗っているのでしょうか? その他部屋の不備に対してのスタッフの対応の悪さ。不備に対し、謝りもせず部屋で待たせ、終いには放置されました。3日滞在しましたが、その後も何も言ってくることはなく、こちらももちろんその程度だと諦めました。酷いとしか言い様はありません。 全く5つ星ではないですよね。 二度と利用しませんし、誰にもお薦めしません、

Завтрак оказался очень слабым, территория тоже не впечатлила, газоны с проплешинами, лежаки вроде все заняты но никого на них не было по факту. В номере не работал телевизор и странно что при заселении вдвоем все равно давали 1 ключ на двоих, а за 2 ключ требовали доплату. Также чтобы закрыть дверь при выходе из номера нужно было постоянно прикладывать карточку, но это видимо чтобы ее не забывали в номере Красивый вид на риф, но много мусора на пляже, но это скорее к отдыхающим претензии

What I like about this property is that it’s on front of the beach, but what I didn’t like are no one at the hotel and they said it’s fully booked, the dine-in restaurant will take your selected order and make for you another one whatever he likes, room service is very slow and once I kept calling them more that two times and they’re trying to make me wait and they close so they don’t serve me.

Hotel is quite old and rooms were never renovated. Staff is friendly but don't expect a 4star hotel. Bathroom smelled humidity, the standard is 1 big and worn out towel per person and the place is infected by mosquitoes.

Horrible condition & service. Never staying here!
There was no one at the bell desk and at the check-in desk when I arrived at around midnight. After waiting for about 10 minutes and handling my luggage myself, someone showed up at the check-in desk only to take 15 more minutes to process the check-in. When I asked for a mosquito repellent, the staff brought it in 30 minutes and it was a different plug type so it wouldn't go in the socket. I didn't bother to call the reception again as I was tired but they should have brought something that worked in the first place. The toilet was dirty and not sanitized, the room floor was oily and sticky, the WC was not fixed properly (it was shaking when used!). Over all condition of the room was very poor. Not anywhere near a 5-star hotel. 3-stars max!

Direkt am Strand mit sehr schönem, gepflegtem Palmengarten. Sehr freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges Buffet. Zimmer dürfte etwas größer sein, bietet aber einen Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang

Väldigt fint
Väldigt fint hotell! Allt var tipptopp förutom själva rummet. I rummet var det väldigt mycket insekter och lite ostädat i kanter och så vidare. Annars väldigt fint på själva hotellområdet och jättebra service!

good hotel
nice hotel, looking a bit tired in the rooms but they are having a renovation soon. was still good value for money though. breakfast was delicious and pool was nice with comfortable sunloungers. nice garden. short walk to the beach. it wasn't the best beach though. I have heard bentota beach is really nice which would be a short tuk tuk journey
