Châteaux à Berthoud

« Loved this house. Worked great for our family meal. Front pictures a little deceiving. »

« The home was beautifully appointed… that said… we always have had great luck with hosts within the Vrbo network but there is always a first bad experience in every travel experience so here it is . We waited around at a brewery in town for our check in code and finally contacted Vrbo help center and thankfully got into property. “Stacy” who we assume must be an AI character insisted she sent this code twice … hmm you were successful informing us the hot tub costs extra and early or late check in...

« Hôtel récent. Très bon accueil. Chambre grande, confortable et très bien équipée. Piscine intérieure et terrasse extérieure agréables. Petit déjeuner très correct. Vraiment une bonne adresse. »

« Every single person here was helpful and kind. Lucia great food. Savin and Christina helpful with checking and checkout. Maria and Marina always helpful when I needed towels or any other amenities.I love the pillows. The shampoo is totally totally cool and made my hair.Shiny and soft. Having coffee and hot tea and cocoa , twenty four hours was a big , big , wonderful perk. »

« Everything was great! »

« We stayed for a week so we were told we would not have housekeeping unless requested. I requested on Wednesday to have room cleaned Thursday. Thursday morning I requested again. Then my husband requested before noon and finally after 4th request later Thrusday afternoon it was cleaned. While it was nice to have the carpets cleaned, they really should have let us know in advance. Walking on wet carpet for the day was not nice. To their credit they did give us several bath mats. »

« Nice rooms. Nice showers. Great location »
