« Les points forts sont la générosité de la dame à l’accueil, la proximité de la plage, les rénovations récentes. Les points faibles pourraient facilement être améliorés. La transparence de l’annonce dans Expédia ne mentionne pas le fait qu’il y a deux types d’appartements. Celui avec vue sur la mer et les autres. Les photos publicitaires étant les mêmes cela porte à confusion pour les autres unités sans fenêtre dans le salon cuisine.. L’achat d’un grille pain, d’une spatule, de linge à vaisselle...

« The outside of the property needs updating (which they were working on) but the room was exactly as listed. The beach is right across the street, but to swim, we had to walk a little way. Taxis are very expensive. Get a price first because the cost range is huge. 40-80 per ride one way. Overall it was a great room. We have no complaints. Corneilla is so sweet and helpful! »

« I made a big mistake booking with Bahamas Vacation Club for the Parrot Cottage at Viking Hill on New Providence, Bahamas for a 5D/4N stay in mid August 2021. BVC does a good job of photo shopping its marketing pictures and writing engaging copy that presents an impression of a five star property, when in reality it’s maybe a two star at best. "Belle maison avec possibilité de loger 20 personnes. Bien située à coté de très belles plages de sable blanc et de coins de snorkeling. Des travaux a effectuer dans plusieurs chambres , car certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que certaines climatisations.Les fermetures de certaines portes et du portail sont à revoir. Usées et fragiles. Pas de gaz au niveau de la gazinière. Nous avons du appeler afin qu'une personne vienne changer la bouteille. Et , dommage mais réveillés par les chiens du voisin qui aboient assez souvent et à 7 heures du matin. "
