« This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. « Absolutely loooooved the place! The views of downtown on the top patio are amazing - perfect setting to watch the sunrise and set. The unit is very neat and cute. The art and notes around made it feel homey. The owner was suuuuper responsive and very kind throughout the whole stay. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here. « The apartment was spacious and clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It is above a laundromat but we never heard anything from downstairs. Parking was easy. We were there to ride bikes on the Capital City trail and the location was convenient because it was close (2 miles) to the start of the trail. My only complaint is that there are not restaurants in walking distance to the apartment but they were a short drive away. Overall a very pleasant stay. »

« Overall the stay was nice and mostly comfortable. There were a lot of stairs that I was not expecting (my mom had to take a break on the way up). I wasn’t extremely happy about the location of the bathroom but it was a nice bathroom. Mainly, I was displeased with what I thought was a “pull out sofa bed” but in reality it was a tiny futon. (All the furniture outside of master bedroom was low furniture.) The master bedroom was perfect, however the other bedroom does not have a television and...
