Good place to spend some nights
I reserved this place because it’s quiet central and not too pricey. It has a cute way of being set up, with the mezanine on top and the bathroom “downstairs”. I slept very well, cosy.

Gregor was super nice and his place is clean and very original. The beds are confortable and he offer towels and coffee.

Cute place, not suitable for older People
Nice place, there is a very small staircase which is not suitable for elderly people. + Very nice neighborhood + 5 minutes to the supermarket + Many restaurants and kebab shops - The floor in the bathroom was broken, tiles were loose and broken with holes underneath and there was a bit of mould.

I gestori sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili a venirci incontro per ogni richiesta. Ad esempio ci hanno fatto trovare un phon che mancava. Sono stati molto responsivi. Comodi check in e check out in autonomia. La struttura era un po' datata e purtroppo c'erano alcuni difetti come le piastrelle del bagno rotte e le finestre ed il piano cottura mal funzionanti. L'appartamento è piccolo e non adatto a tutti ma adattandosi fornisce tutto quello che serve.

Great!
The place had everything as described and was just right for our needs. Attentive host, easy check-in and check out. Cleanliness was excelent. As other reviews already mentioned, the stairs were a bit narrow and you have to slowly climb them and be extra attentive.

So charming!!
The flat is very charming! I was very comfortable. Using the stairs to the bathroom was a little scary sometimes, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Amazing!!
Gregor was super helpful and punctual, we weren’t used to the German door and he came back after we couldn’t figure it out. Amazing location, everything you could need for your stay and honestly just such a cute space. This stayz definitely made my trip go smooth and reliable

I couldn’t have asked for more.
This property is cozy, clean, safe and quiet. I was incredibly pleased with my stay and intend to return on my next holiday! The host’s kindness and warm hospitality immediately told me that I made a wise choice staying here. And you have everything you need (cafés, transportation, markets) all within 1-3 minutes walk. Amazing value!
I stayed for a month in the summer. Check-in was seamless and Gregor was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The maisonette was very cozy and well-equipped. In my room, one of the light bulbs did not work and the stove ended up not working. The place was not super clean, but everything can be perfect with some effort in sweeping and wiping. Otherwise, it had been an excellent stay and Gregor had been extremely communicative and accommodating. The location is very good as well with many bus stations, supermarkets, and eateries just around the corner.

Great place in center of Moabit
We really loved the stay in Gregor’s place. The apartment is clean, spacious (looks bigger than on photos!) and next to many restaurants! We spent one week there and couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Gregor for everything. Ps. Please watch out for the bathroom there are little steep stairs to climb to it ;)

Tolle kleine Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Moabit, der Bus hält nicht weit entfernt. Ein Fahrradverleih ist auch um die Ecke. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, man muss viele Treppen steigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt, Bad in der oberen Etage, Wohnbereich in der unteren, Schlafmöglichkeit in einer Zwischen-Ebene. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, für Menschen mit Gehbeschwerden ist die Wohnung allerdings nichts! Wir würden sie weiterempfehlen.

If you you have lived in a house tree, this apartment reminds me of that.
This apartment is cozy and quiet. Love the neighborhood. And it’s a short fun ride to Mitte. My hosts are definitely on top of their hospitality. Highly recommended!!!

Nice place for max two nights
Gregor was very welcome and communicative. The place was clean and spotless. The only downside is the flat is split into floors with a very narrow stairs, so you if forget someone in the bathroom downstairs can be annoying to go down and get it again.
