Grand hôtel très bien situé au centre. Chambre propre mais vieillotte.. mériterait un rafraîchissement. Manque de bol, quand nous sommes arrivés .. le jour même il y a eu une alarme stridente demandant à tous les clients de quitter l hôtel car leur système avait détecté un problème technique .. donc tous dans la trappe de secours et inutile de dire qu en étant au 9 eme étage.. cela a pris beaucoup de temps.. pour se retrouver dehors et une grosse angoisse .. autant dire que je n ai pas fermé l œil de la nuit étant sur le qui vive avec même l envie de changer d hôtel .. Ensuite, conflit de famille et une personne de notre entourage a quitté l hôtel 2 jours avant le départ prévu et très tôt le matin .. Nous avions averti le jour précédent .. ils pouvaient sans problème remettre un client dans la chambre le jour même .. mais aucun remboursement n a été obtenu.. de plus attention à votre facturation au départ de l hôtel car le petit déjeuner et en supplément et si vous ne le prenez pas .. il est facturé quand même si vous ne le transmettez pas ..

Hôtel à deux minutes du métro. Très bien situé pour faire les visites culturelles. Quartier très calme le soir. La chambre était confortable avec tout le nécessaire. An Ocean of Calm
Comfortable, quiet and perfectly positioned near the Friedrichstraße station-a boon for getting anywhere including the airport which is serviced by a direct, fast train. Very comfortable beds. Very small point-bathroom surface might have benefited from a better wipe down. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly concierge. My stay in Berlin was far more interesting and enjoyable as a result. He took the time to talk, find out what I was interested in and made terrific suggestions-all of which I took up. A gem.

Bien situé mais un peu décevant
L'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres confortables mais l'impression générale du hall n'est pas chaleureuse. De plus, la salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas assez grande compte tenu de la taille de l'hôtel. C'est chaque jour compliqué de trouver une table. Le personnel de salle n'est pas très attentif ni prévenant; Il faut demander plusieurs fois pour que quelqu'un daigne nettoyer une table.

I would stay here again: the room was very nice, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the location can’t be beat. The room assigned to us had everything we needed for a memorable and comfortable stay (it even had a nice view) and we left with wonderful memories of Berlin.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel (April 2024). The rooms are super clean, housekeeping every day. They were also well equipped and very comfortable. One thing that was a little disappointing were the tea/coffee making facilities. We were only supplied with 1 tea bag so ended up buying some. The staff here are efficient and it is a well organised establishment, with all public areas also very clean, modern and comfortable. It was a great location too, only 5 minutes walk to the station and plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops close by. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Magnífico hotel con instalaciones muy cuidadas. Habitación cómoda y luminosa, con amplio baño, caja fuerte y nevera. Personal amable y sevicial y posibilidades de restauración dentro del propio recinto. El hotel en sí es muy bueno, pero la ubicación es absolutamente perfecta: a 5 minutos a pie de la centrica estación de Friedrichstrasse con conexiones para cualquier punto de Berlin y a 20 minutos a pie de la puerta de Brandeburgo. Muy recomendable.

Very convenient for attending the Ring at the Staatsoper which is only 10 mins walking distance from the Maritim. Also, convenient to dining and transportation. Plus: clean, safe and excellent service from the hotel and restaurant staff. Highly recommended especially for the reasonable price.

Breakfast buffet was $24 euro per person which seems to be standard rate. It seemed like a lot but there was a huge variety including champagne for mimosas and an omelette bar. We really enjoyed it.
