Great vacation rental house with accommodations for up to 8 Total, includes children over 2 in Ocean Pines Resort, this home is near the community center/park/playground and allows access to the on-site golf course, 5 pools, tennis courts, and marina for a small fee. More fun in the sun awaits 15 minutes down the coast in downtown Ocean City where you can stroll the boardwalk, lounge on the sand, or ride the Ferris wheel at Jolly Roger at the Pier!

PROPERTY INFO:
Great rancher, with open floor plan, new kitchen and baths, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath and there is a hall bath. Linens provide for beds. Vacationers need to provide there towels. Has an outside shower to the left of house, living room with electric fireplace, large deck, and plenty of parking

Linens for the beds are provided. Towels and other personal items need to be provided by vacationer.

There is a lease agreement, you can read in step 2 of the check out, by checking out you agree to all terms of the lease.

Some of the amenities at the house: 5 large screen tv's, comcast cable, Netflix, and prime video, WIFI, 3 King beds and one Queen bed, and a sofa bed, 2 grills (gas and charcoal). Most things you need in the kitchen, there is an to the left of house with a storage chest if you need, in the back yard is a second storage cabinet with a bean bag toss game (do not leave out, return to storage after use). Front load washer/dryer. First Aid kit in front bedroom closet.
For pool passes and parking passes, check websites below.
Web sites of interest are Ocean Pines www.oceanpines.org and Berlin, MD www.berlinmainstreet.com and www.ocean-city.com. They all have good information for events and things to do. In order to use the Ocean Pines Beach Club, you will need to purchase a parking pass and beach pass. Check the website but it may need to be done in person

My husband and friends stayed for a long weekend and the home was amazing. Ample room for 5 adults (and more if needed) The home was very clean and upkept. We were aware we needed to bring personal items, but everything else was provided for. And Dave was just an easy call or text away of anything was needed. He communicated when to put out and take in the trash bins during our stay. There was a lovely care package set up upon arrival. We all really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back if we were to stay in the area again.

The home was amazing and suited our family perfectly. Great location with community events almost nightly and was only 20 mins from the beach/boardwalk. Would highly recommend this location for anyone's next trip.

This property is just perfect in every way. We have stayed twice and it gets better every time. The owner Dave is super nice and helpful and makes check in/out a breeze. We love the location to the beach- just a short drive away. Every amenity you could need is right nearby (grocery store, restaurants, etc). The property is so well stocked and comfortable. There are large TVs in every bedroom. The furniture is super comfortable. The linens are so nice to have so you don't have to pack even more stuff. The owner provides starter supplies of travel size shampoo, soap, coffee, creamer, sugar, dishwasher and laundry detergent and a few snacks which were all very nice to have when you arrive and can't get to the store right away. Everythin is really clean and nicely spaced out so even a larger group would be very comfortable. We couldn't enjoy our stay more and we will be back again and again. Highly recommended!

We came to Ocean City MD, for the Battle at Beach. A AAU basketball tournament. There were 11of is two families (4 adults and 7 children aged 16-8) we all fit comfortably. The home was about 25 minutes from the beach located in a nice area. Grocery stores and local Farmers markets where about 5 mins aways. Theres a really cute playground about a 2 min walk from the house. Owner communicated well and quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

This vacation rental was absolute perfection! Exactly as described and pictured. It worked so well for our family. Close to the beach - a very easy drive. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and safe. We were surrounded by amenities like grocery shopping, coffee, restaurants not to mention the amenities of Ocean Pines itself. The home was so incredibly beautiful and well done. The kitchen was a chef’s delight and well stocked. The family room was comfortable and beautiful with the large stone fireplace and large screen TV. All bedrooms had TVs and streaming options galore. The master bedroom suite was just amazing. Super comfortable bed, chair, large TV, windows and private entrance. The master bath was gorgeous. We plan to stay again and again! I can not recommend highly enough!
