« We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again. »

The distance to Windsor Castle Heathrow and Kew Garden was perfect just a short drive We did UBER from Heathrow no problem and minimal cost . « Sean was such a lovely host and the school house was stunning, the garden was such a treat to wake up to. Bus stop was a 3 minute walk and easy peasy to get around. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone curious about Ascot! »

« We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience »
