« We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again. »

« We stayed here for our trip from the USA for Royal Ascot. House has lots of charm and plenty of space. The back yard is fantastic for enjoying the outdoors. Great views of the river, and the pool and hot tub are nice as well. Strongly recommend »

« Love this property and Katy was super friendly and easy to deal with. The whole place was very clean and well cared for. It had everything we needed for our stay. Even our naughty dogs were catered for and tolerated. Great walks in the area too. »

« The property was really clean and had everything we needed. The wildlife and the forest was amazing - so many birds and so many beautiful walks right on our doorstep. We also loved the thoughtfulness of the doggy basket. It was such a privilege to be able to stay there! Thank you. »

« Amazing views, very quiet and peaceful, comfortable beds. Only a 15 min walk to village with a great pub and coffee shop. »

« VRBO didn’t give us access to the owners online (the page kept crashing) but upon arrival we were met and all questions answered. Property was lovely and had everything we needed. »

« We cannot thank Hamish and Susie enough for their warm welcome and their kindness way above and beyond. The perfect hosts. It was the perfect haven of rest that we needed before and after our son’s wedding. They had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and luxurious and the towels were fluffy and soft. And for someone who really appreciates fragrance, the linen and towels and the hideaway smelt beautiful. Thank you so much Hamish and Susie. We will be back! »

« There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential. »

« We had an excellent time. The barn is fantastic. Would certainly go again. »
