Bien situé et petit déjeuner succulent
Les chambres avec vue port sont exceptionnelles, spacieuses. Attention à ne pas réserver avec la vue atrium, qui est une vue intérieure. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très qualitatif. Le centre commercial (souvent décrié dans les commentaires anciens) au pied de l’hôtel n’existe plus : la réception et le bar restaurant ont pris sa place, dans un cadre élégant et soigné.

Coming from Fortunen, it exists another entrance to reach the appartment. The entrance of the hotel is a little bit further. It can create confusion for those who are not familiar with. Reception to improve, little bit rude sometimes and waiting can be long. Breakfast room a little bit small regarding the number of guests. Rooms with view on... a court under renovation... we are far away of the view of Bryggen

Hotel très bien situé à Bergen. La réception de l'hôtel dans le centre commercial était une première pour nous mais finalement facilement trouvable et sans désavantage. Les chambres sont biens et récentes. Séjour plaisant!

Emplacement idéal,décoration moderne et originale de la chambre avec excellente literie, douche à l'italienne,moquette épaisse, propreté impeccable,café à volonté toute la journée (pas pris le breakfast ).L'hôtel est curieusement situé dans un centre commercial avec une supérette fermant très tard.

Un hôtel ou une discothèque ?
Nous avons réservé et payé cet hôtel longtemps à l'avance or la semaine précédent notre arrivée prévue le 28.12.2017, nous avons reçu un mail de l'hôtel nous indiquant qu'il était fermé et que notre réservation avait été transférée sur un autre hotel du même groupe le korskirken. Des avis signalant le bruit d'une discothèque dans ce 2eme hôtel, nous avons pris soin de demander par mail à l'hôtel ce qu'il en était et une réponse très rassurante nous fût donnée : aucun bruit dans le korskisken, la discothèque se trouvant au kloverhuset. Nous maintenions donc notre réservation...ERREUR !!! La 2ème nuit fut un enfer de 22h à 3h00 du matin impossible de dormir dans notre suite compte tenu de la musique qui provenait de la discothèque censée ne pas exister dans cet hôtel... nous avons fait part à la réception de notre extrême mécontentement et il nous a été conseillée d'écrire à l'hôtel, ce que nous avons fait sans recevoir aucune réponse... le mensonge, puis le mépris des clients...

There's little to be said about the way things were handlered - it should have been done in a more understanding and professional manner. In terms of the change of hotel we are very sorry - and especially when it comes to the loud music keeping you up at night. Villa Blanca is usually not a problem but it must have been crowded due to the christmas holiday - still no excuse of course. I appreciate your honest feedback and we will work on how situations gets handlered in the future to improve the stay for our guests. Again, I am very sorry for the turn-out of the whole stay. The area was excellent. Breakfast excellent. Staff service excellent. Room condition very poor with no phone to call front desk with any problems. Electrical were bad and constantly tripping. The room had no hangers or closets and so one needs to be always packed up. Room size and color is good. No air conditioning. Room was too hot to have good sleep.

The hotel's location is its main attraction, and the interior is modern and well-maintained. The staff are generally friendly, although one older receptionist(an old lady)communicated carelessly and did not make eye contact with customers. To add to the disappointment, there was noise throughout the night. Additionally, I booked an ocean-view room, but from the second floor, all I could see was the seafood market across the street.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, going the extra by posting my husband’s wallet back to the UK. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. Our room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view.

The property located in the historic center of the city. It’s clean and friendly. The only negative so far the elevator only goes up to 6 floor. Than you have to pass 6 floor corridor to go on industrial looking stairs with no one to assist with luggage. Seams that it was one building hotel originally and adjacent building had been bought later. Now they trying to figure out how to make it work. If you have a problem to go on a stairs with a luggage make sure to specify that you need a room on the floor with elevator

This hotel was just like it’s name Magic. Was amazing! Location was right in front of waterfront. The view was amazing. Staff were super nice and helpful. Everything was walking distance. Breakfast was a plus. Highly recommend

Ble stående 25 minutter i resepsjonen å vente på resepsjonisten ved innsjekk. Det sto en lapp at vi er straks tilbake og vi kunne ringe ett nr så kom det noen for å hjelpe. Satt 15 minutter i kø for å komme gjennom telefonen. Rommet som vi fikk var ikke vasket ut. Så ut som en svinesti etter noen som hadde hatt fest der. Mange tomme ølbokser og luktet veldig fyll. Ikke veldig kundevennlig resepsjonist. Ingen beklagelse eller noe reduksjon. Kjempedårlig opplevelse.

Modern hotel in an excellent location
Excellent location with a fantastic view of the wharf. The room is modern and clean. Staff at the reception friendly and helpful, sorting out takeway breakfast for me for an early morning check-out.
