Our gorgeous, brand-new quality-built home features 3 luxury bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, 2 outdoor spaces, and a garage with a ping pong table. The first level of our home boasts a modern fireplace, cozy couches, and a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with Roku, perfect for all of your streaming needs. Off of the living room are the fully stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. Our kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and all of the essentials you will need to whip up your favorite meals. Guests have access to our outdoor dining space through sliding doors in our dining room.

Our 3 luxury bedrooms are located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom is complete with a plush King-size bed, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Roku, a private balcony, and a large en suite master bathroom. The start of our master bathroom is the large soaking tub - perfect for unwinding after an adventure-packed day. Our other two bedrooms feature Queen-size beds, luxury linens and bedding, and modern decor. There is also a Queen-size air mattress in the upstairs storage closet to sleep 2 more people.

Outside, guests can enjoy the fire pit, our outdoor dining table, and grill in our backyard. Sip your morning coffee in our front porch swing or enjoy a nice morning jog/walk on the track right in front of the home!

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Trailblazer overlooks Old Tiger Park with three Slaughter Pen mountain bike trailheads and a paved trail just a few feet away. It’s a true bike or hike in & out experience! Explore beyond Slaughter Pen with an easy 7-minute bike ride to Coler MTB Preserve or Bentonville Square. Walk or bike to Crystal Bridges or the Square via the trail system. There are approximately 250+ miles of single track for your biking or hiking adventures to be accessed straight from the garage!

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

Our trip unfortunately coincided with a heavy storm so we didn't get to do any mountain biking as planned but we were so glad we stayed at this property! It was so nice, modern, and cozy - a great place to spend some time in Bentonville!

House was beyond nice. Tons of rooms and wonderful spaces where myself, my sister and our spouses could enjoy catching up while in town for a family wedding. Great location a stones throw away from everything. If mountain biking is your thing you are in luck. Tons of great people riding around and very close to the trails. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

A beautiful home full of natural light and open spaces. So roomy and one can always find a quiet space even if traveling with several people. Beautiful outdoor spaces. So clean and equipped with so many amenities. The management checked in and always responded immediately to any questions we had. I’ll be planning my next trip to Bentonville based on the availability of this gem!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Only minor complaint is that most of my communications with property owner seemed to be responded to by a computer, not a real person. Not a major problem though. Would stay again.

This was a perfect home base for exploring the area. We had two families traveling for spring break - we came to bike. Lots of room in the garage for bikes and gear, beautiful kitchen, and property managers were welcoming and responsive.

All things about this place are great except the fact that any early checkouts are not refundable. Our 8 day stay turned into 3 costly days. Will rethink in future on our next 2 return trips to the area.

Beautifully decorated, nice location, very clean, nicely stocked with basic needs. Seriously perfect! Only one suggestion :If you want to use the the fireplace or fire pit, ask in advance if they are ready for use. Would suggest a specific place for the fireplace remote to be, as we never found it. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The house is so lovely, clean and comfortable. Right down the street you can access some of the amazing biking, walking and running trails that weave throughout this charming city. Downtown Bentonville is just a couple of minutes away by car, or you can stroll through trails and lovely neighborhoods to get to restaurants, shopping and fabulous coffee! The kitchen is roomy and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults, and we had plenty of space. The outdoor eating space was so charming, and we adored sitting on the porches! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this property to others!

My wife and I had stayed at this property a couple of years ago and specifically looked for it for our trip to Bentonville. Thank goodness it was available!! Clean and contemporary and just a great place to stay! HIGHLY recommend this "home away from home"!!

Great location. In town for tennis championships. Convenient to access the downtown square for family meals and still close to great shopping. The house was great. Parking was touchy because we had 3 vehicles but it worked and we could have parked one street side if needed. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Lots of space. Great windows and it felt like we were part of the neighborhood b/c of all of the outside space and big windows. We will be back.
