Stayed on 2nd floor and floor was so uneven and caved in that it's essentially like taking a step down to enter the room. 2nd floor hallway was like that too and made it hard to roll my suitcase. Not a good feeling wondering if the place is going to cave in.

There was no lamp or clock in the room. I like to have a reading light next to the bed. There was only two electrical outlets in the room .

Looks nice from the outside, but is weirdly located behind a closed Starbucks. Looks old and in need of a major upgrade. There is construction ongoing on the first floor, but we were not bothered by noise. The room was pretty clean but the carpet needs cleaning.

Checking in was smooth and trouble free. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the clientele were a friendly bunch. Room clean. Liked the policy of no cleaning the room daily unless asked. Was sorry there was no microwave and the bathroom had no shelves for personal toiletries

The Room was decent, pretty clean but some trash was left in corners and under the bed skirt. nothing gross, just some hair product and a couple candy wrapper pieces. The hotel is due for some maintenance that would really spruce the place up, but otherwise my stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom was not up to par. The Clerk up front was not friendly at all. She was too busy to bother being nice I guess. The parking situation is a joke. And why is the hotel tucked behind a Starbucks? Not very convenient.

They call within hours before our stay to say they were cancelling our stay because some issues with room. !!! Coincidence - rates double from time of booking to day of stay because an event in town .???? They didn’t have more rooms???

Unfortunately sometimes this happens when we get overbooked by third parties and something happens to our rooms. We are sincerely apologetic for all inconveniences this may have caused you. We did not have any more rooms and were turning people away because of it, whilst trying to have the utmost consideration for our guests. Again, we do apologize. We hope we can still offer our hospitality services to you in the future.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was large and except for heat/air conditioning clean. We reported heater not working. They were unable to fix quickly and moved us to another room. All in all was good stay.

I like that it was clean and affordable. Easy access to visit my father inlaw in hospice. Not happy with rest and sleep. You can hear everything on both sides of our room. Front desk did give us another room but then following 5 am morning housekeeping banging doors and ironing board woke us up.

I can say that it was not our housekeepers that woke you up at 5 am, because they do not report to the hotel every morning until 8 am. We like staying at these hotels. They are always clean, and good locations and they do have a good breakfast. The only negative thing I would say about this particular one is that the front desk attendants are not customer service friendly. I passed the desk 3 times. They were not busy, they didn't acknowledge me at all. I think it's important to do that. When we left they were outside smoking and didn't say a word.

Rooms are super small the place is under construction and showerhead falling down, the walls are in bad need of paint. It has not been maintained they are renovating but dust is everywhere and you track it in your car.
