Unfortunately sometimes this happens when we get overbooked by third parties and something happens to our rooms. We are sincerely apologetic for all inconveniences this may have caused you. We did not have any more rooms and were turning people away because of it, whilst trying to have the utmost consideration for our guests. Again, we do apologize. I can say that it was not our housekeepers that woke you up at 5 am, because they do not report to the hotel every morning until 8 am.
