tout simplement FANTASTIQUE
Un accueil chaleureux bien qu'a l'arriver un petit soucis avec la réservation mais frédéric le réceptionniste c'est mis en quatre pour trouver une solution et pour cela CHAPEAU BAS.. sans oublier tout le personnel en son entier, souriant, disponible, bref tout simplement LE PIED. Perfect stay
It was a fabulous stay. The hotel was very central. Near the beach bars and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was very clean and the bed so comfy. The breakfast was very nice. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. Emillio at reception was exceptional. Thanks to all the staff

New, clean and comfortable
We stayed for two nights and will book here again if we go back to Benidorm. They arranged a parking for us just outside the hotel. The service was impeccable. Everybody was doing their best to make our stay perfect. Thanks especially to Frederic (Fred) for making us feel so welcome. The only thing that we could put our finger on is that we would have loved some eggs for breakfast, but the breakfast was very good without it as well. It is within walking distance to everything.

No hesitation staying here again.....
This small hotel is a little diamond of a find. The staff are all wonderful and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The location is so close to the beach and old town is great.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicacion las instalaciones son muy nuevas, habitación amplia, ducha estupenda y cama cómoda. Zona silenciosa para un buen descanso sin ruidos externos y sin embargo a menos de 5 minutos caminando de bares, comercios y playa. Excelente el personal y desayuno 10.

Nice stay
The hotel is small but welcoming . The rooms a a bit on the tight size but very clean . The staff are excelente , a special mention to Fred on reception who even gave me change for the street parking . Also the lady serving the very nice continental breakfast was so friendly . Situation of the hotel is perfect for beach and bars etc .

Great stay near old town.
This hotel is great. Really clean and rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and old town where the main shops are. Hotel is in a quieter area of Benidorm away from the bars that you may consider the lively bars, they are around 20-25 minutes walk away. Tram station is 20 minutes walk. The breakfast is good and is table service and is continental. Free tea and coffee facilities on the ground floor, none in your room. Overall it is a great hotel.

Great location
Located just outside the old town it was fairly easy to find by car. The parking was a bit of a faff we had to follow the manager on his moped (little English) then a secure underground car park which was good.

Único fallo, la limpieza.
En general todo bien, Julio que es el dueño da los desayunos y es muy atento. Los desayunos de calidad. Se echa en falta más tipo bufet por estar más a tu royo. Lo que no me gustó es que en 5 días la taza del baño no se limpió. Es un fallo grave para mí. Gusto. El suelo también estaba sucio, se quedaban los pies negros.

Excellent check in. The young man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Room small but comfortable and the bed especially good. Location excellent, just around the corner from the dove park and sea. Breakfast was fabulous with tostadas and fresh orange juice.

Perfect little hotel
A great find in a central location. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. The reception, breakfast room and our bedroom/bathroom were spotlessly clean plus light and airy. The room balconies are a good size and offer great city views. The town and beginning of Poniente and Levante beaches are just a short stroll. We would love to return to Hotel Castillo.

Estimado cliente,lamentamos que usted no viese nuestra ubicación antes de elegir nuestro hotel,por motivos de covid nuestra ocupación esta regulada. con relación a la de escasez de muebles, las habitaciones están claramente expuesta a la hora de elegir habitación en nuestra web, este comentario no nos ayuda a mejorar , la calle ni la ubicación del hotel podemos cambiarlo,sentimos que no haya sentido el trato humano con el tratamos a nuestros clientes, el desayuno especial que ofrecemos, ni la limpieza del hotel . un saludo. Muy buena elección
El hotel es genilal. Atención de 10, desayuno de 10. Te dan agua y café gratis, todo el que quieras. Además al ser un hotel pequeño es todo muy familiar. La habitación es pequeñita, por poner algún pero... pero todo muy cómodo, aire y ventilador de techo.

It was really clean and couldnt do enough for us. I would say only downside is apart from fred nobody spoke english. And no view but otherwise lovely 😊

Hotel seemed to be brand new, everything clean and stylish in the lobby and room. Location good, only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Poniente beach and the bars in the old town area. About 15 min walk to the airport bus stop at Av Europa. Service by very friendly staff excellent, couldn't have been better. The balcony faced a narrow street, and some sun only in the morning, but it really didn't matter since the beach was so close. For breakfast freshly baked baguette with choice of ham, chorizo, two types of cheese, or marmelade, yoghurt, coffee of various types, fresh orange juice. The reception closes for the night, so if you arrive at night time so I guess you have to arrange your arrival with the staff.

Estancia perfecta
Excelente. Cercanía tanto en la recepción (Fede) como la gerencia (Julio). Instalaciones super limpias, desayuno muy bueno. Hotel nuevo, en el centro de benidorm, entre las playas de Poniente y Levante. Si vuelvo a Benidorm, repito seguro.

First and foremost this hotel is brand new. It is exceptionally clean and a great deal of attention has been paid to getting it right. Its location is spot on. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Parking is limited so the owner Julio offers a daily rate in a private car park at 10 euro a day which was a lot cheaper than the local car parks at 18 per day. Remember this is the old town so space is at a premium. The complimentary breakfast is a continental type, we opted to wander to the end of the street and buy the full English for 3.99. Free hot drinks are available 24 hrs but no coffee making facilities in the room. Hair driers are available on request at no charge. The beds were comfy with memory foam pillows There is a small clean balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and drink a beer from the fridge in your room. In fairness I would say this is a hotel for couples not families only because there isn't a great deal for them to do, there is a TV in the room but unless you can soak Spanish then you won't understand what is being said, no sky here I am afraid, but we didn't go there to watch telly. The staff were lovely and very helpful. This is a gem in the old town, brilliant if you want to experience the area as the locals live it. Great for the many tapas and other restaurants, easy walk to the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the start of the strip. I definitely recommend.
