with response to your feedback, as per the Booking and No show policy we have confirmed your reservation and kept available till next day evening 20:00hrs. as we didn't get any communication from your end we have released the reservation.
as per your message you have mentioned your flight got cancelled if same thing would have informed us we will be happy to hold and give the room.
in this case there is communication error from your end as well. and as you came we have arranged and given your room.
