We are pleased to be able to offer our guests the chance to rent this beautiful stunning four bedroom villa situated in the Casablanca resort, just below Benalmadena Pueblo and only a few minutes drive to the coast and beaches of Benalmadena Costa.

This villa is newly refurbished throughout with everything you will need for your for an enjoyable holiday. On the ground floor level there is a private pool, perfect to cool off, and a jacuzzi, there is a shaded area with table tennis table, pool table and darts board for the more competitive and for friends and family to enjoy. As the property is located on a resort, you have the added benefit of a communal pool just a few minutes walk from the villa so you can mix with others or for a more energetic swim.
On entry to the villa stairs lead you down to a large lounge with patio windows that lead you to the terrace with fantastic views to the sea and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a glass curtain dining area for you to enjoy. Upstairs is a master bedroom with own terrace and an ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. There are a further 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, one a twin and the other a double.
Downstairs there is the fourth double bedroom with ensuite shower.

This villa is a situated in a perfect location, great for families or groups of people wishing to travel together.

The property has two pools, one private all year opened and a communal pool that only opens during summer season.
