Ce magnifique penthouse appartement de 2 chambres est au coeur de benalmadena .Située dans la région "las Palmeras" cet appartement est situé dans une communauté privée fermée, mais a tout au bout des doigts pour faire de vos vacances un moment spécial.
plage de Benalmadena est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement et il y a une fantastique sélection de bars et restaurants à proximité. L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. L'appartement dispose de wifi et de l'air conditionné et a été récemment rénové à un trÚs haut niveau.

L'appartement est confortable et trÚs bien équipé, une belle et grande terrasse ,trÚs bien placé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces et pour couronner le tout la résidence est équipée d'une belle et grande piscine . Un barbecue et des chaises pour la piscine serai un atout supplémentaire. Enfin un grand merci pour Neil qui nous a trÚs bien accueillis et a été toujours disponible en pour nous.

Kitchen very well equipped, large private outdoor rooftop terrace was great, and the beds were comfortable. A 7 min walk to the water, and the same in the other direction to a large grocery store, was wonderful. It was quiet with no noise from any neighbours.The only real failing was no reading lights - bad if you like books etc. The lights that did exist on an end table and night tables in the bedrooms were so weak and low to the ground that we would have had to lie on our backs on the ground to read anything. Also needed was good light beside and over the table, which could be moved if the table is moved. Ceiling lights were too faint and too depressing to try and read by. We bought a clip on lamp to attach to something above, but then discovered there was nothing above to clip it to.All in all, we would stay again if much improved lighting were provided.

Loved this appartment especially the massive terrace, was well equipped and comfortable. Location is fantastic with many restaurants so close. The beds were so comfortable, stacks of room for your clothes and a safe in the main bedroom.

Had an amazing holiday this accommodation is close to all amenities and very secure. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. A parking space was provided.Host Neil met us on arrival and showed us around couldn’t have been more helpful.The apartment is very clean and has everything needed for your stay.A lovely welcome pack was also provided nice surprise.

Stayed for 25 nights in july, Everything you could possibly want, A lovely clean and well equipped property, A real home from home.fantasic pool, very good location. There was only 4 adults in our party but it would definitely suit 6 comfortability. Neil was very helpful if we had any queries. Nice host Would definitely recommend.

We visit the area every year and found this little gem.The apartment had everything we needed and more and is large with a huge double rooftop terrace plus another balcony off the main room.Plenty of storage space,towels,hair dryer,iron so no need to take very clean through out.The area is perfect nice and quiet but a very short walk from bars,shops etc.Neil is the perfect host adapted to our flight change and delay with pleasure and was there to show us around on arrival plus the added welcome pack was a bonus especially after a lte flight.The photos really dont do this justice and we will certainly return.

We had a great visit to this apartment. The location is perfect with only 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of decent restaurants on your doorstep and a cheap taxi ride to the marina. Neil is a fantastic host and goes above and beyond.

We stayed as a family with 4 adults and 2 kids (age 6&9) and had a fabulous stay. The apartment is in a great location and is very close to all amenities. The entire complex is so clean and tidy and very well maintained, the apartment was spotless and we could not fault it in anyway. It had everything we needed. Large balcony with sunloungers and patio table and chairs which was ideal for the kids as it was a very high wall around it so there was no danger of them falling over it etc. The pool area was a lovely area with 2 different large pools and a kids pool. We found for using lilos and rings we used the 2nd large pool as there was no restrictions there. We will definitely return and we have recommended it to family and friends. Neil and Tanya were fab hosts and had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived to get us started.

Neil's apartment gave us everything we asked for. Huge terrace with plenty furniture and loungers. Only 2 of us but this is the perfect family apartment. We were so pleased with the huge welcome pack which most renters don't supply. Neil was easy to contact and let us in early. Good wifi connection. Palm Tree Avenue and surrounding areas are well known for their restaurants, bars. A very flat and convenient area with bus stops to Malaga, Mijas, Fuengirola and Torremolinos on your doorstep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena. The apartment was great and very friendly host. Welcome pack provided on arrival which was very much appreciated as we had enough supplies on arrival without the need to rush to the supermarket, meaning we could bring our two very excited children straight to the pool once we arrived. The location of the apartment is excellent as close to everything. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and a really large outside terrace which was great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Also lovely pool. Comfortable beds, couches and air con in bedrooms and living room. Neil was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and thought of everything. There were a few nice little extra touches like a few supplies in the fridge to get us started. Location is very central. Nice restaurants and the beach were only 5 mins away. I would highly recommend this property or any other property managed by Neil Cannon.

Apartment was very well equipped in very good location for beach and supermarket . Air con brilliant , big terrace although very hot during our stay. Pool nice and big although nowhere to sit so had to take our own chairs down. Only thing we found difficult was having 1 set of keys as had my son and his girlfriend with us who often did their own thing.

My wife, 4 children and I had a lovely holiday at Las Palmeras, Benalmadena. The apartment interior was very clean with modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and good sized rooms for the family. The apartment rooftop terraces were great and gave us welcome extra space for dining outside, sunbathing and enjoying the hot weather both during the day and in the evening. The apartment complex buildings are well designed in a traditional Spanish style and the peaceful, immaculately kept gardens, with plenty of shade under the palm trees if required, include a large pool area with a lifeguard and another smaller pool so plenty of space to cool off! The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, there are lots of reasonably priced bars & restaurants and a large supermarket all in the same street which is very convenient. The local tennis club is also just up the street with non-members welcome including equipment hire so we braved the heat of the day on a few afternoons. Neil, the apartment host was very helpful, replied quickly to my messages regarding any queries we had and also arranged taxis for our airport transfers and a couple of extra journeys for my daughter. I would be happy to recommend this apartment and the area in general as there is a train station with an efficient and reasonably priced service in Benalmadena old town so we visited the lovely city of Malaga on two days during our stay. All in all a great holiday and we would not hesitate to return which hopefully will be soon! Adios y saludos!

Overall an excellent property but unfortunately there was building work who h was very messy and noisy when we were there. Also the pool was closed which if we didn't have a great roof terrace would have been a major problem.Th e apartment is fab great size very well equipped but needs tlc and a woman's touch cleaning . The welcome pack was amazing and had everything and more that we needed. The sun terrace is a Fab size with great lounges . All in all it was a good stay but without the pool closed and building noise and dust it could have been amazing

We have been on vacation to Benalmadena many times over the years and normally stay in a hotel. However, we saw this apartment on-line and thought we'd give it a try. What a gem. We arrived to find a welcome pack of items waiting for us in this beautiful apartment. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and some food in the fridge meant that the "panic" shopping expedition for a nice cuppa wasn't required. Although it has to be said that the apartment is only a few steps away from a large supermarket. In fact, the apartment is ideally situated for various shops, cafes, restaurants and, of course, the waterfront and beach. The main original part of town is up the hill and there is a bus stop close by for those that don't fancy the walk. There is a good market up the hill on Fridays, plus other shops, etc. The apartment is also very close to various bus-stops for those that fancy trips out to other towns (Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, etc). The apartment itself is absolutely lovely and stocked with the necessary appliances. Lovely and clean, well laid out and the large roof terrace (with chairs and sun-loungers) is excellent. There is a nice large pool downstairs - which also has a lifeguard on duty. Although it is a penthouse apartment (hence the great roof terrace), there are two lifts for those who don't fancy nipping up and down the stairs. We shall be returning to Benalmadena in due course and I guarantee we shall be checking to see if this apartment is available to book. To summarise, absolutely excellent.
