The main complaint I have is with the property manager. Had three unanswered texts through the VRBO app prior to check-in. Weeks out asked for a possible early check-in no response or after a second request 4 days early. Then asked for check-in information 48 hours out again no response. Then 24 hours out finally received check-in information. From the website the unit was never booked the day before check- in because I was still available to book. The property manager tried to cover that the unit was already booked. In addition she offered that the check-in information was already provided on the VRBO site as a separate tab. Also incorrect as a long time VRBO user this was not new to me or available. The check- in information that had parking information code vs key pick-up, if having a pet should have Bern provided weeks in advance instead of the night before check-in. After check-in the property manager became more responsive as she became aware she fell short of pertinent important communication. My point of contention I paid a VRBO hefty fee for property management that fell extremely short of minimum expectations. This fee should be refunded.
