I’m so glad you asked for a review!!! The Relax Inn was a nightmare! It was literally like Norman Bates home. The room was filthy! There were blood stains on the door and curtain, a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The linen is extremely dingy and has burn holes in everything.The shower hadn’t been cleaned since the place opened.Cigarette butts in the ash tray. The mini fridge was also filthy, never been wiped out. Even the light switch was dirty. This is probably why there’s a no refund policy. Spent the night in my car. Took a $85 shower… Wouldn’t recommend.

THIS REVIW IS FRAUD & 100 % LIAR. YOU STAYED WHOLE NIGHT. WE GOT SICK CLEANING YOUR HORRIBLE SMELL. WE THROW ALL LINEN IN THE GARAGE. COST US MORE MONEY THAN YOUR RENT. WE WILL HIRE LAWYER & SUE YOU IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW. YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED AT EXPENSIVE HOTEL IF YOU ARE RICH !

Disappointing. Don't waste your money.
The parking lot is TINY. I have a full-sized suv and it barely had enough room to back out of the parking space without getting too close to the other vehicles. Lighting was less than desirable, in fact the light switch next to the door didn't turn any of the lights on. The shower curtain didn't close all the way (not large enough) so water got on the floor of the bathroom. No shelves or anything in the shower to set your shampoo, etc on. The bathroom window was open when we got in the room. When checking in another guest came in staying they had found bedbugs in their room. We did do a VERY thorough check of the ENTIRE room and found none in our room. The staff was VERY rude to thet who said that they had found bedbugs.

Budget Inn next door is cheaper and cleaner
Towels were visibly dirty and when my partner went to ask for others he said the man at the counter argued with him (then gave him towels that were just as visibly dirty).

Hair in bathtub + plastic over the mattress. Set the tone for rest of the stay. Should have been $30.00 and not $90.00. Do not make this an option in the future.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Terrible hotel. Went to check in & was told they didn't have my reservation. Went to a different hotel. Was charged from this hotel anyway. Called multiple times to resolve issue. Was told no one was there by the name "manager" or "owner" and was told "we no charge card" & was hung up on several times. Called back the next day & the same guy told me he was the manager. After I finally got to tell him what the issue was, he kept interrupting me & wouldn't let me talk, then he told me it was a penalty charge for cancelling. When I asked him how I could cancel if he never had the reservation to begin with, he hung up on me again & would not answer the phone when I tried to call back.

Biggest dump I have ever stayed in. In need of major updates to bathrooms. Tile and fixtures from the 80s. Not inviting at all. Either make updates, or lower price. I wouldn't spend over $20 a night here.

The owner had no record of my reservation and seemed completely put off by my presence. My room was unfinished. The sink wasn’t even attached to the vanity. It was beside the bed. The room was dated. I was so disappointed.

i did not stay. it was not even available. they told me when i got there that they had flooding and they reported to Hotel.com to not book their rooms. but you did and i drove all the way there and there were no rooms available. by good lick the manager called his friend 13 miles away there was a room and i stayed there. it was quite an inconvenience.

First we recently did not have any reservation from Expedia that customer did complain just like above post. I am absolutely confident that above review is fake.We are in the same business since over 34 years.So I request expedia to correct this review.
