Private, on over 1.25 acres, with a feeling of untouched beauty. Huge front yard with grove of trees sets the home back from the lane, in a established, secure community. Enjoy updates and comforts of today’s homes.

Amazing waterfront, surrounded by majestic trees and endless views of quiet, Occhahanock creek. Custom designed and built in 1960s by local architect, inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright masterpieces across the country, created the home to feel like a boat. Experience being in nature and on the water.

New spa-like, accessible bath and primary en suite. New open floor plan connects living room, family room, and dining room with kitchen…vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, nonstop water views! Spaces set up to gather, relax and have fun! Private and peaceful. Fish, crab, kayak, birdwatch. Good times for all. We are thrilled to share our family home with you!

*Honeymoon Suite*
Gets its name because it was completed just in time for our wedding in June. We designed it to be a romantic, spa like getaway. Completely renovated with wheelchair accessible en suite bathroom and sliding door to patio. Unbelievably comfortable Casper king bed with lux upholstered bed frame. Dressing table/vanity. Walk-in closet. Spa like bathroom with multiple shower jets, Riverstone tile, double vanity, and two LED lighted mirrors. Water views. Private patio.

*Waterview Suite*
2 Twin or 1 king bed + full size fold out futon. 43 in TV. Closet. Water and Forest views from bedroom and bathroom. En suite full bath.

*Waterview Stateroom*
1 Queen bed. 32 in TV. Comfy lounge chair. Desk and chair. Dresser. Closet space. Water and forest views. Full bathroom in the hallway.

*Captain’s Quarters*
Original master bedroom is architecturally significant, and spacious. Sealy Posturepedic king bed on vintage looking metal bed frame. Original antique nightstands. 50 inch TV. Plenty of closet space. Full bathroom with original built in vanity and tall ceilings with skylights. Small balcony as if on the end of the boat. Water and Forest views.Private, at stern of the home.

Forest and natural space beyond is owned by a different neighbor, please do not explore beyond the cleared sandy space.

*Dock*
Accessed by stairway and pebble pathway from Creekside
Great for fishing, crab pots, kayaking, etc.
Easy access for your paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or other small craft
Boston whalers or Carolina skiffs with low center consoles can access the bay under the bridge.
Please inquire if you would like to bring a larger boat.Boats with larger center consuls can be moored on the other side of Shield’s Bridge at one of two close by wharfs.

*Nature Areas*
Left side of the home is left natural. Exercise caution as this area may bring you into contact with insects and reptiles.

Infinity game board can bring up almost all the popular board games. You can also purchase additional games by creating an account. Located to the left of the piano. Games and Puzzles: Poetry for Neanderthals, and you’ve got crabs are two of our family’s favorite games. I hope you enjoy them! There are also a couple of puzzles and other assorted games.Books : enjoy the collection about Frank Lloyd Wright, the Eastern shore, and other material. An assortment of outdoor games and fun things to do can be found on the shelves inside the laundry room or on the patio.
Diverse CD and DVD collection
Piano, it’s not always in tune. On request, acoustic guitar. Sheet music.

- Crab traps. We can provide you with information on how to use them.
- Fishing equipment. Please obtain a fishing license. Feel free to use what we have - only from our property. If something is damaged or lost, please let us know or purchase a replacement.

As advertised - designed in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright in the 60s but renovated with gathering places for a group, modern kitchen, and beautiful bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood and amazing views.
