The property was as presented in listing, just what we needed for everyone to be together, share a dining room, living room, and not all be tripping over each other or sharing one bathroom! Tenant was easy to reach and very kind!!!

I had an assignment working on a story about FreshGrass at the Momentary. This VRBO fit the bill. It was easy to access everything I needed, a very short drive into Bentonville, and the communication with the manager was great. He responded within hours of receiving each of my messages and was very helpful and accommodating with information on the VRBO and our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This is our secind tome stayign with this host and it was amazing! The host is so friendly, communicative and accomidating. Patrick's listing online was perfectly aligned with the property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 spanning from a teenager to retirees. I would definitely stay here again. There was a cool little doughnut shop right down the hill that made for a quick breakfast on our way out of town.

House was very nice! Easy keyless door entry. Staying here allowed everyone to be together to celebrate birthdays and play cards and games in the evening. Would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to others. Beds very comfortable, and beautifully decorated

We have stayed at this property multiple times because it checks all the boxes for needs, great location, and ease of checking in/out. Plus, I was very happy to see a shower caddie added in the master bathroom to hold my soap and shampoo. It was a minor thing that was mentioned in a previous review and has now been resolved. I no longer have to balance it on the towel rack outside the shower. It's the little things. So with that in mind, it doesn't affect our rating, recommendation, or future booking, but but I'll press my luck and recommend adding a ceiling fan in the one bedroom that doesn't have it. The air conditioning works great, but sometimes you just need that regular air circulating to make it more comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay at this property!

My son and I were visiting the area because he was participating in a regional track meet. We stayed for two nights and donā€™t really have anything negative to say. Everything inside the house is very nice and decorated nicely as well. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. They even had a 3 ring binder that missed multiple amenities in the area to help guide you in the right direction and let you know all of your local options. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. There is also an interesting cave entrance nearby within walking distance that has a cool back story. It has a fence around it so you canā€™t go in but itā€™s still cool to see and read about. I would definitely stay here again if Iā€™m ever back in this area.

We were amazed that the property looked even better than the picture. parking was right in front especially for a handi cap person. That was so nice. It was so clean and coming from some one that had a house cleaning business, that is saying something. I would definitely book again with Patrick.
