So close to Bentonville where you can stroll their cute downtown or visit Crystal Bridges MuseumWe hope that all guests will enjoy their stay and feel comfortable in our house. We ask that you be respectful and keep it nice for the next guest to enjoy.

★Here is a reminder of our house rules★
- NO smoking in the house!
-Only use garage and driveway for parking.
-Do not park in front of neighbors homes.
-Do not use fireplace.
- Please leave all USED bedding on beds.
-Put USED towels on top of washing machine.
-You will need to load all used dishes in the dishwasher and start it at check out.
-Please place the remote in the living room on top of
coffee table.
-Please put back the furniture like you found them.
-Please bag all trash and place them inside the
waste container in the garage. -No loose items.
-Please don’t forget to turn off the lights
and lock the home when leave,
- Respect our home as if it were your own and leave the home as it was presented to you. Cleaning fee is for normal cleaning between guest. If you leave a mess please know that you will be charged extra.
You are responsible for cleaning/keeping the house neat during your stay and at check-out.
