Clean enough until you look behind the furniture. Needs deep clean. My stay consisted of listening to the neighbors pee streams, others tvs until all hours, and morning alarms going off in empty rooms. Tried multiple times to use the pool and it was empty, great you’d think. However there were people grilling with a tiny grill right at the door to the pool cracked open , for literally like 3 to 4 hours. I felt uncomfortable getting in the pool with them right there. I go to the front desk and let them know they have been there for hours and I feel uncomfortable. All I get is oh honey they are employees. Sorry but that doesn’t make me feel less uncomfortable at all as a female staying alone.

No hot water at afternoon. No heater adjustment in room . No shower curtain. Computer Jurassic and no chair. Pm staff grumpy. Night and day staff wonderful Breakfast ok. Not even a $100/ nite. You charged me $250. I am putting on Facebook

Good morning, The heaters all have controls on the unit itself, the chair another guest was using, but we replaced it as soon as we were notified by you, hot water was working perfectly, I am not sure what you were referring too. PLEASE have a wonderful day. Thank-you

Unfortunately, our stay at La Quinta Inn in Bozeman turned out to be a nightmare. Despite booking a king suite months in advance for our family, we were given a room with a queen and king bed, no couch, and no space for our baby's bassinet. The room had recently been shampooed due to an 'incident,' leaving soaking wet floors with an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke and vomit. The management's solution was an industrial fan and open windows in freezing weather. Our daughter developed a cough, and both my husband and I suffered from allergies due to the chemical fumes from the carpet. Despite multiple requests, they were unable to provide us with a suitable alternative or compensate us for the inconvenience. The room itself was in disrepair, with a bathroom door that wouldn't close, no cleaning service, and a broken toilet paper holder. Our experience was nothing short of disappointing and we strongly advise against staying at this establishment

our room did not have have any smell, it is a large room. You were given the type of room that was booked thru the third party reservation system, that was not thru the hotel. WE did accommodate you and gave you a different room at 6:30pm the next day when you came to the front desk. You did not say anything sooner so we did not know of your dissatisfied with the room you were given. Again we don't use any chemicals, everything we use is environmental safe and ourder free. So we moved your room upon request, so we most definitely accommodated you during your request. Also we do have room service but not after housekeeping is gone for the day, we do not have a 24 hour housekeeping service, all you needed to do was ask during the morning hours and we would have helped you in any way. We are sorry you did not like your stay, but you were accommodated in every way, that we were aware of. Have a good day.

You can tell at one point this was probably a nice enough hotel, now it's run down and not the nicest. Couldn't get hot water, small stains on comforter, dirty door.

Definitely not going to stay again , very dirty , and outdated , ( a new coat of paint , doesn't mean remodel) food in the sink , mold and dirt , heater control didn't work , mysterious stains throughout the room in the carpet , the photos online are not what you get , so be careful........and to see the night attendants husband come in for coffee and free breakfast ( not good representation )

The hotel is being renovated at this time. Staff were great. Not sure who installed the shower curtain holders, as the curtain slides to the middle every time. Maybe the wrong curtain? Not sure.

It is currently under a much needed renovation. I hope they can add sound insulation in the walls and floors. I heard everything all night long. Both sides of my and room and from the floor above. I will say the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! Just dated and time for a face lift. The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

Breakfast help was very helpful and friendly. Wish there would’ve been fresh fruit and better tea selection. Food and beverages containers were left in hallway for days without being removed. Shower knob was problematic. Cleaning staff knocked n came into room without waiting while I was not completely dressed even though tv was on. Outside help was very nice and quickly offered to assist several days of my trip with snowy/icy conditions. Sincerely wanted to help me but I didn’t need. I saw him assist another couple who needed his help. Comfy bed but room was a little outdated and tv channels were was frustrating.

Needs some TLC
Before checking in there were some issues with authorization on my card. I gave card information over the phone and was told it wouldn’t authorize. Then was proceeded to tell me I needed to come immediately or they would let our room go. We were in town for wrestling and we’re at a tournament at the high school. I got to the property and the card authorized just fine. I then looked at my account and I had 3 different charges that were pending. All attempts from our phone call. These are pending and I am waiting for them to fall off. The property is not well maintained. Our room was not kept well. The ottoman had so many stains on it. I moved it aside and made sure nothing touched it. The bathrooms need a good deep clean. It appeared as their solution for cleaning was throwing a coat of paint on it. The hot tub jets did not work. It has been snowing over night and zero attempts had been made to shovel or clear the snow. Overall for the price I don’t think I will ever choose to stay at this property. There are much better options to choose from.
