Visite express de Belfast
Visite express de Belfast avec une nuit au Radisson Blu. Grand hôtel classique de chaîne. Personnel conciliant, arrivé trop tôt pour le Check-in j’ai eu ma chambre tout de suite. Parking environ 10 livres sterling pour la journée complète...un bon plan vu le prix des rares parking dans cette ville. Hôtel légèrement en dehors du centre mais facile d’accès à pied (environ 10 minutes de marche). Laissez tomber le centre ville en voiture, impossible de se garer...laissez la voiture à l’hotel. Chambre confortable, mobilier et moquette fatigués, salle de bain refaite en excellent état. Petit déjeuner très copieux (sucré et salé). Bar et restaurant de l’hotel très peu fréquentés lors de ma venue mais ambiance chaleureuse avec prix corrects.

Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse et petit dejeuner copieux. Un seul problème, la femme de chambre n'a pas refait notre chambre lors d'une matinée ! oubli ou négligence, je ne sais pas; mais un léger inconfort pour un hotel de ce style!

Absolument fantastique
Service et personnel de grande qualité. Très agréable séjour, chambre très confortable, ne manquait qu un petit frigo. Literie impeccable. Panique car nous avons oublié notre carte Visa et de l argent...tout nous attendait à l accueil... Un grand merci, quand nous reviendrons à Belfast, car nous reviendrons dans cette ville pleine d histoire, ce sera au Radisson Blu

Satisfaisant
Très bon hôtel à 3minutes du centre de BELFAST belle chambre au calme sur un point d eau. Belle salle de bain. Petits déjeuners correct. Services de chambres à revoir ils ont carrément oublié de faire la notre un matin sans plus d escuse que ça !!!!si non dans l ensemble très correct.

C'est habituellement le contraire mais dans ce cas-ci le matelas était tellement rigide que je me réveillais aux heures parce qu'à cause de cela j'avais mal aux épaules et aux hanches. J'ai très mal dormi. L 'eau chaude de la douche et du bain était dificile à régler.L'eau était trop chaude malgré mes tentatives pour réduire la température. Il y avait plusieurs taches de café sur le tapis près de la fenêtre et quelques-unes ailleurs. C'est dommage car la chambre était grande, propre, jolie et bien éclairée.

Dirty room, including mold in the bathroom. Stained sheets and uncomfortable bed. Hot water did not work one morning. Much of the breakfast was stale and the room service food for dinner was almost inedible. Not in a great location but a ~15 minute walk into central Belfast. The hotel is badly in need of renovation. In fairness, it looks like the hotel is being progressively renovated so hopefully the new rooms are better. As a positive, the staff were lovely. A disappointing stay for what was a relatively expensive hotel.

I loved the room, overlooking a great view outside. Welcoming staff. Good selection of breakfast. Some parts of the bath could do with updating but otherwise love it enough to return.

I liked how quiet it was but the tv never worked and both rooms for the same price were significantly different in quality and space, one was better, one was worse.

Was affordable in comparison to others. Walkable to the centre. Staff we're very friendly. Bathroom plug wouldn't drain, had to pull out hair from the plug to help drain it. But generally room was clean and tidy.

Was clean and the staff were friendly however the bed was 2 single beds pushed together so me and my girlfriend who came to visit me working away couldn’t cuddle in bed. Not worth the £150 a night I paid

Staff were mostly very friendly, ready to help & professional. However the room wasn’t fully ready - no bath towels & the bath wasn’t clean & mould around the bath rim & shower screen which could easily be cleaned. No extra blanket in the room & it was cold! The location is great, parking so convenient but as it is at the moment I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay. It could be excellent but falls down on some basics. Disappointing but I think it will improve.

Lovely area around the property. However, the shower glass divider didn’t keep the water from the shower from spilling over onto the floor. The bed linen didn’t seem to fit the beds and kept coming off the mattress. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable because they were too mushy. But convenient access to town.

The hotel is far away from shops etc and not walking distance. Carpets in the corridor were dated and stained even in the room. Room service food was ok. The bathroom despite having heated floor tiles had mould. There was no fridge. Comfortable room suitable for sleeping in. As with all such basic hotels, staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a three star hotel with five star staff.

Wash sink in bsthroom dirty around rim. Toilet not clean. Restaurant very slow despite being nearly empty. Food presentstion and quality poor. Veg curry raw veg and missing advertised accomplements. Long waiting time for replacement meal. Service helpful. No power in room had to go to reception to get someone to reset tripped switch. Not my best experience

terrible
so so run down leaky taps sink blocked dirty carpets and walls been opened on a shoe string room freezing so you had to switch on the blow heating which sounded like a tornado and it still didn’t warm up the room no hot water

False advertising
This hotel is advertised as having an EV charging station....IT DOES NOT. I cancelled more central hotels because of the EV charger but had to get up much earlier for breakfast as had to drive around Belfast looking for an EV charger so took the goodness out of the one night stay

The room was frozen. No alternative offered despite three trips to reception. They have acknowledged but offered zero refunds.

Nice comfortable hotel with easy access
Nice modern hotel with easy parking. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Nicely allowed me to leave my car in the hotel car park for a couple of hours after checking out free of charge (normally it’s a paid car park)
