With its friendly community and serene atmosphere, Belding on Big Pine Island Lake presents a tranquil and nature-rich environment for those seeking a peaceful lakeside experience and a deep connection to the outdoors.

Getting Around:
In Belding, transportation is diverse, catering to different preferences and needs. Private vehicles are a popular choice due to well-maintained roads and available parking facilities. Walking is a pleasant option for short distances, especially in the charming downtown area. Biking is also encouraged, thanks to bike-friendly routes, and rentals are available locally. While public transportation may be limited, there could be local bus or shuttle services, and ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft offer convenient alternatives. Please note that there are multiple steps leading to the entrance, making it inaccessible for wheelchairs.

Guests should bring their own beach towels and water toys. Additionally, guests are allowed to bring their own boats or jet skis and use the dock in front of the home, with the public boat launch located nearby.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.

• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)
