« I have to rank this the worst hotel experience. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. I booked and paid for two queen rooms FOUR months in advance of this trip - The Extraordinary Women's Conference. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told they were over booked and we weren't going to have the rooms we reserved and paid for. Inconvenient. Uncomfortable for the travelers in this party. Good thing we are all friends and could make adjustments. One room smelled horrible - a repugnant mixture...
