Nouvel Hôtel, bien situé, propre
Hôtel situé entre aéroport et centre ville, dans un quartier animé et résidentiel. Beaucoup de restaurant et bars autour. Nouvelle structure, moderne, propre, sur un thème original, les BD et les jeux videos, le cinéma. Hall de petite taille, un peu encombré, mais la partie bar est agréable. Terrasse devant le restaurant avec une restauration rapide. Beaucoup de personnel de sécurité, oppressant et enlevant tout intimité. Grande chambre, fonctionnelle, literie de qualité. Originalité. Salle de bain de petite taille. Petite kitchenette si nécessaire mais discrète.

Original and Comfortable
Original hotel, based on Disney themes and Super Mario. Staff is warm and smiling. Small lobby, nice outdoor bar / restaurant. Rooms are very large, nicely furnished. Good speed internet. Lots of lights, no dark spots. Quite AC. Nice balcony. Bathroom is rather small but still comfortable. Shower with a bit of mildew, no windows. Kitchenette in the room with a fridge and microwave. Pool on the last floor, small. Rather a 4 star hotel, but really nice. Lots of restaurants around.

Un hôtel original, tourné sur les personnages de BD. Les concierge sont en Super Mario. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Grandes chambres bien agencées, meubles de qualité et originalité. Grand balcon équipé. Petite cuisine qui permet de se restaurer. Piscine au dernier étage mais pas d'intimité elle donne sur un grand bar, donc on ne peut se baigner tranquillement). Quartier très agréable, proche centre ville et aéroport. A recommander.

Tout a été parfait sauf la piscine qui était privatisée les samedi et dimanche soirs!!! Je ne parle même pas du wifi (quasi innexistant) Sinon, personnel super sympa!!! Toujours serviable et souriant... Un grand merci à Jad de la salle de fitness (hyper gentil)

la chambre n'était pas conforme au descriptif de hotel.com, vue sur la montagne sur le côté et vue davantage sur la ville, pas de baignoire alors que c'était un différenciant de choix impliquant un supplément ; suite à ma remarque à l'accueil, il m'a été répondu que c'était une mauvaise retranscription des infos fournies par l'hôtel par votre site web fin de la discussion aucune compensation. Par ailleurs les petits déjeuners réglés directement sur place sont extrêmement chers

La déco est originale. Le quartier de Badaro est depuis quelques années de plus en plus agréablement animé le soir. Séjour de nuits dans une suite (deux chambres) : nickel. Seuls bémols 1/ l'avenue Pierre Gemayel à proximité qui est à l'origine de nuisances sonores (trafic routier), mais on est à Beyrouth ;-) 2/ Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pourrait être un chouïa plus raffiné dans un établissement de ce standing.

Wow!!! I have to tell you I’ve been to 98 countries over 350 times. So I use hotels a lot. The staff at Smallville have become such a family away from home and the hotel itself is immaculate. Anytime I go to Beirut I usually stay here 1-2 nights of my trip. Love this place!!! Maurice

payed twice online for expedia then at the reception (don’t know who’s responsible expedia or the employee at smallville). you have to give your car for the valet by a sudden annoying decision from the administration so carrying the luggage and walking for a mile is a must cz no near parking place. btw (i waited 15 minutes at the entrance and there was no valet.

Overall a great hotel, some issue with thr fixtures and drainage in the bathroom, but nothing serious. Had a couple of ants show up during my stay, again nothing serious. Room service food could use an upgrade for sure, tried a variety of options and was less than impressed.

Parking was extra, but I wasn't told that at check in, they hit me with it at check-out time. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Staff makes you fell at home,very nice breakfast and excellent coffe. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing and the room huge, clean and modern. If you wanna be happy just come here. No doubt if I come to Lebanon, which will happen for sure, I will definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff. Superhero themed hotel. Small indoor pool which was what I truly needed. Basic breakfast but filling. Great burger restaurant downstairs.
