Notre responsable de la réception a appelé avant votre arrivée pour vous informer du malheureux problème d'entretien de la suite que vous aviez initialement réservée et a offert l'appartement en duplex de deux chambres avec vue sur la ville en compensation gratuite. Deuxièmement, en ce qui concerne l'extension, vous avez réservé la chambre de luxe au lieu de la suite premium, pour vous garder dans la même suite, nous avons pris la charge minimale de la différence pour le surclassement en deux étapes de luxe à premium (la différence d'origine est presque 70 $) Troisièmement, comme la plupart des hôtels au Liban, nous mettons des équipements sur demande (en raison de corona) En ce qui concerne la facture finale, cher monsieur, votre réservation et votre paiement ont été effectués sur Expedia et non par notre intermédiaire, dont la facture provient d'Expedia, cependant, nous vous avons envoyé la facture pour vos extras pendant votre séjour, sur demande.
