HOTEL TRES BIEN
excellent hotel avec un très bon accueil : le personnel est souriant, avenant, à l'écoute du client et parle anglais. L'hotel est très bien situé par rapport au métro : juste en bas de l'hotel! Et le soir, on peut manger juste à côté : différents restaurants dans un centre commercial ou il y a un magasin Carrefour. Hotel très propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien servi dans une salle très agréable.

The Good: Very clean! Staff is constantly cleaning (though unobtrusively). Breakfast is ample and slightly different each day, includes cold and warm food, and coffee/milks/juices. All three elevators run quietly and quickly. Nothing is broken anywhere. Simple toiletries are provided. There’s electric kettles in room and tea and instant coffee is provided (with a couple of mugs, and glasses in the bathroom). Bottled water is set out on guest floors (in addition to being replenished daily in rooms) and hand sanitizer is available all over. There’s plenty of staff available to assist, and they are friendly, courteous hospitality professionals who will quickly assist you with whatever you need or want. The Bad: Not much! The maids will bang on the door to ask if you want your room cleaned, despite the do not disturb door hanger and turning on the privacy light. If this fails to rouse you they will call your room nonstop. This can be bad if you’re trying to sleep off jet lag. The Ugly: Not the hotel’s fault, but the shopping center is undergoing renovations and no longer directly connects to the hotel, so you will have to go outside to access it. There’s no longer a Carrefour or 7-11. Summary: Wonderful staff in a clean hotel that is a bit remote from the city center (but convenient for the airport). Would definitely stay again.

전체적으로 노후된 느낌이었음 특히 난방온도를 23.5도 이상 올릴 수 없는게 이해할 수 없음 방에 한기가 들어 추웠고 개인핫팩으로버팀 이튿날 라디에이터를 그나마 줘서 약간 훈훈해짐 호텔 밑에층 상가소음은 살짝 있는편 조식은 가성비 좋음

The staff were really attentive to my needs, and there was always someone speaking English. It's a 1-minute walk from the Donghuqu subway exit, there's also a bus stop right in front. The lower floors of the hotel is a shopping mall, and there is also another shopping center across the street, where you can find a fairly large supermarket.

A very nice place to stay. Room is clean although it is not very large but has everything that travelers need. Customer services are excellent. The front desk even helped me to call a taxi.

O staff do hotel nao fala ingles, o que torna todo o processo com o hotel um problema. Os quartos sao pequenos e o carpete parece nao ser aspirado ha anos. Entretanto, o hotel fica muito bem localizado, proximo ao metro e a um shopping.

Very Nice Holiday Inn Express
Convenient location with lots of food options nearby. Subway stops at the hotel. Gym/pool is across the street and requires you to get a pass from the hotel desk each time (for each member of your family) before you go.

交通方便，酒店之下就是地鐵站（東湖渠）。買東西、吃飯也很方便，選擇多，酒店之下就是商場，而且有家樂福。早餐不錯。 缺點：酒店卡有時用不了，入電梯插卡失效時有些不方便。厠所渠位有些少味，浴室去水慢，有點浸。去機場也有點不便。交通工具只能坐機場大巴6線上地、奧運村線，沒有車站牌而且等車可能要等頗久。建議酒店和巴士公司增加機場大巴站位。不然就要坐地鐵到東直門或三元橋轉機場線。

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔
카르프와 쇼핑센터가 함께 있는 곳이라 지내기 편안합니다. 단지 시내쪽으로 다니셔야 하는 경우 전철역이 바로 연결되어 있지만 좀 많이 갈아타고 다녀야 합니다. 한국식당들이 많은 곳과는 조금 떨어저 있습니다.

Loud Noises; Hotel Under Construction
Hotel is under construction from 8 am to 6 pm until the end of September 2019. Paper on the desk wrote 8 am to 12 am on weekdays, but the information is incorrect. Super loud noises even though I stayed on the 9th floor. Communicating to hotel manager was difficult and had to cancel my 2nd night stay. Will not recommend staying here.

宿泊料金の割に朝食は充実しており、麺類もあり期待以上。部屋もそこそこ広いし、十分寛げるし、PCでの作業環境も悪くない。　一方、バスタブがないのは致し方ないが、シャワー水圧が余りに弱いのは頂けない。交通面は、ホテル-空港間はタクシーだけだが、地下鉄の東湖渠に隣接しており市内の移動は問題なし。タクシーもフロントに頼めば早朝出発でもタクシーを予約してくれる。テレビがCNNだけでなくNHKを放映してくれるとありがたい。

標準的なホテルで周辺環境も良い。
北京滞在時は時々利用します。今回久々に隣接ショッピング施設を覗いてみましたが、吉野家やスタバもあって簡単に飯が食えるのがよいです。部屋は普通にホリディインという感じでしょうか。ただ、サービスはすっきりした感じですが悪くなく、北京の他のホリデイインよりも良い感じです。ホリデイインなので外国の宿泊者が多いですね。朝ごはんはそれなりに品数もあるので数日ならば全く問題ないです。空港へのアクセスもいいのでまた利用しようと思います。。

立地が便利・周辺もにぎやか。。
立地が空港に近くアクセスがいいのでその点でとても良いです。日本から午後便で移動してもそれほど遅くならずにチェックインできました。北京市内のホリデイインはいくつか利用していますが、ここは外国人対応等がとてもスムーズです。周辺はとても賑やかでカルフール等が隣接しているのも便利ですが、比較的韓国人が多い地域だそうです、ホテルのテレビも韓国系はあるのに日本系はないのが残念といったところでしょうか。
