Dear guest, Our interior decor is often complimented due to its blending taste and attraction. The heating is not turned off during the night, you are able to adjust the heat in your room using the adjustable knob. If you were having difficulties with the adjusting heating then you should have informed a member of staff who would have happily assisted you. Instead of commenting to the staff, you decided to leave a negative review regarding a matter that could have been easily solved, making your review pointless. In future, please communicate with the staff so that they can assist you accordingly.

All of our room’s modern and new furniture had been adjusted to fulfil a set fitted structure in order to best accommodate our guests needs and wants. Regarding to the noise coming from the out side, there is nothing we can do, as we are located in the main street. Good Evening, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, However I feel as though this is a brief insight into your stay. How were the facilities/the staff/the restaurant/ check in etc. In relation to your comment about the bathroom smelling of urine, I do think that is a peculiar comment as the bathrooms and the rooms were cleaned before you arrived. If this was an issue, I would have hoped that you would have communicated it with the staff on site rather than leaving this negative review. The bathroom is actually used for that purpose, so it could be that the smell only came following your usage as you didn't quite specify. In future, do let the staff know and they can assist you while you are IN the hotel.

Dear AndrewWithin Verve, all rooms, corridors and public areas are are getting paint painted recently & is under work currently so there’s nothing about bedrooms being “out dated”. Also all of the bedrooms are regular size I don’t understand where and how it was small. Also I would advise you to search up what is a continental breakfast before you call it “bizarre”, you should have some knowledge of what is served so that you don’t complain here due to your lack of knowledge. Barry TaggartIt’s quite surprising that you’ve left a 4/10 review when you have stayed 3-4 weeks at Verve Hotel from Mon-Fri every single week. If you did not like it here you should not have continued to keep booking again and again. You booked your room for 49.00 a night, what did you expect? You were provided daily basis room service, you were provided tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, sugars, water bottles, on a daily basis and you’re still not happy when you paid only 49 per night. You dined in the restaurant every day for the past 3 weeks as well as had drinks in the bar so it’s peculiar that you’ve left a 4 star review. The receptionist told you that we can not accommodate you in the family room due to on going maintenance and we can offer you an alternative 2 double rooms and the next day you will get the original family room OR you can get full refund, but you chose to have two doubles rooms instead of the refund, and you wanted to stay and so now what made you give us 1 out of 5?
