Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked âwhatâs the name ?â No âhelloâ no âsorry for the waitâ no âhow was your day todayâ only âwhatâs the name !â Clearly this person has not been trained to greet customers and customers are an annoyance to her.
On top of this very poor welcome, the room was cold, heater was not working (march 31) and bathroom is outdated.
