Air Conditioner does not work when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. You need heat for that which we have a thermostat for on the wall.

This motel is the worst they charge you a fine just for leaving makeup on the sheets, I think they get upset because maybe they don't change the sheets, in addition to that they tell you that you left the room badly just to have an excuse to charge you the fine . my experience in this place was the worst I will never return to this motel and to people who are looking to stay in this motel I suggest they look elsewhere because this place is the worst.

Tissue papers are provided to wipe your makeup. Blankets and towels are not make-up removers! Next time make sure to flush your toilet and wipe the toilet seat. Your mother does not work here.

We keep office doors closed so, unvaccinated people don't walk in. Wouldn't it be helpful to you to bring things up when you check in so we can offer you another room? You conveniently forgot to mention how was your other room?

I couldn’t get the heat to work only the AC and it was cold enough in that room that I couldn’t roll out, which left me really sore the next day. It probably would have been fine during the summer but not late fall.

Ms. Thermostat on the wall was for the heat controls. AC does not have heat controls. It would have been helpful if you would have called the front desk. We would have been more than happy to assist you. Thanks

They stole our money! Didn't even let us stay there! As far as I know a vaccination card is illegal to ask for in the state of New Hampshire. We didn't have that on us so they just stole our money and told us to go elsewhere we had a paper somewhere else it was horrible and we expect a full refund! They are con artists! I'm not going to do business with orbits anymore unless I get a full refund. I am a solid customer and that is just gypsy thieving. My husband had a drive another 40 minutes out of his way to stay somewhere else after we already paid for this. The customer service is rude, and they stole our money! My advice to Orbitz is get rid of them as an option on your site.

You better watch what you are claiming! We can take you to court for defamation. (1) check your credit card statement before you rant about your bogus claim of taking your money. (2) Take your rant to Expedia where you made a reservation and blame them for all your troubles after they failed to inform you about hotel policy. (3) We are an independent business and we have every right to make policy for the safety of our staff and our guests. I request you to do your homework before making bogus claims or you may be out a lot more money if we decide to take you to court.

Your reservation was canceled because you were had no ID and you were flat-out drunk, remember? You were not allowed to check-in. Without even stepping your foot inside the room you are able to spot the bed bugs. Hilarious!

Terrible, stay away!!!
I was called the day of my reservation for a five night stay by a very nasty person. She said my charge card did not go through and I need to be vaccinated. She immediately hung up without asking me to check my card number and to hear if I had been vaccinated which I have. It is a hell of a way to deal with a customer. I was stranded for a bit until someone told me about another hotel that was better, less costly and better located. I have never been treated so incredibly poor by a property in my entire life. The owner has strangely harassed me since and wrote the following bizarre thing to me, "First rule of customer service, is NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RIGHT! NEVER BEND OVER BACK WARDS for Unreasonable customers." The owner is a very angry person and does not know the first thing about customer service. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay if you do not want to confront such a combative and crazy owner.

Expecting to hold a guaranteed reservation without any funds on her credit card. Then rants about somehow she entered the number correctly but, magically Hotels.com system without rhyme or reason, altered her number. She needs to get a life and stop thinking word revolves around her. Told her not to book again here. No time for her shenanigans. Customer service does not mean, the customer is always right! Lies, Lies, Lies.

A vintage ‘Mom and Pop’ run motel. Ample parking for our large RV. Quiet, safe and clean. A coffeemaker in the room would make it perfect.

Thank you for your review. We do not keep coffee makers in the room or bathrooms like other hotels due to hygienic reasons, and to keep rooms clean. Next time you are welcome to grab a cup of coffee/tea front desk from our dozens of K-cup choices.

I was charged a smoking bill which didn't make sense (the butts in the trash were from a pack we brought in from outside) but all else was excellent

No smoking means - No smoking inside the guest room, cigarette butts or smell of smoke. No reason to bring cigarette butts inside when you have dozen ashtrays outside to discard them.

Check-in was conducted thru the "office" window, not indoors. Room had a musty smell, despite the windows being opened. AC turned all the way up had only a "modest" effect on the room temp. Bed was not very comfortable, but serviceable. registered the check-in with 2 guests, but only 2 pillows in the room. Shower had good pressure overall. check-out was a key drop and go, no office interaction. Overall, you get what you pay for. you may want to spend a couple extra bucks for an indoor check-in experience, instead of being out in the elements and among the insects

For safety of our staff we do not allow guests access to our office, which is also our protected zone. Your stay in in the room not in the office. You cant keep the Air-conditioner ON with window open!. Air-conditioners are not designed to cool the entire town! You must find another hotel next time. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable room, with a firm mattress, and the TV, shower and lights all worked fine. However, the pillows were very thin, and the towels were very worn (resulting from too much fabric softener in the wash, according to my wife). There was a fridge with freezer compartment, but no coffee maker.

An old style motel with modern touches
The facility is small and provides parking right outside of the unit doors. The bed wasn't comfortable to me, but that could just be personal taste. Everything was in good condition and functioned as expected.

Bed spread was nicely folded and stored on the shelf for customers who want to use it. We started doing it after COVID to minimize contact. You may be expecting white sheets but, the sheets are brand new in beige color, not yellow! We use white for the Full bed and Beige for the Queen for identification. BTW the Hand Sanitizer bottle was missing from your room after you left. Next time request first beforre walking away with it.

The property is a typical single level motel, with a small office that was closed due to Covid-19. The rooms were small, neat, clean. The bathrooms have been renovated and are spotless. This is a great value for your money.

The room heater was not working. I was not aware until later that night. Had to sleep with extra clothes on. I was told not to disturb the owners.

Sorry for your experience. No one told you not to disturb the owners or call front desk if you couldn't figure out how to set thermostat temperature in your room. There is guest phone in your room. Which would have given you excess 24/7 to the front desk for any problems.

Not good
We stayed 1 night going to a wedding that night, it is not somewhere I would recommend. Very dated, bathroom not clean, mold around the tub area etc. icky rug, bed was clean & comfortable. Lady at the desk, unfriendly, was coffee on the counter but she said it was old & didn't offer to make a new pot? Had no coffee in the room, everything scarce.Didn't even shower there.
