Lafayette Flats comprend quatre appartements de vacances. Les lofts uniques sont situés sur les deux étages supérieurs d'un bâtiment historique en pierre de taille centenaire. L'intérieur du bâtiment a été soigneusement rénové avec de nouveaux systèmes électriques, de plomberie et de chauffage / refroidissement, mais conserve une grande partie des détails architecturaux et du charme d'origine.

Appartement # 4, Eddy est situé au troisième étage. Vous remonterez deux grands escaliers remplis d'art pour atteindre votre bel appartement.

This property was absolutely perfect! Nestled in Fayetteville with bars, restaurants and nature all just steps away. The property itself was METICULOUS! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere, including hallways and common areas. It was extremely well appointed-down to extra batteries for remote controls if needed! We were there for a very short trip and cannot wait to come back and stay again. There are 4 units in the building, so it would be perfect for a friend or sibling/family trip! Hosts were flexible and accommodating! They provided a wealth of information on the surrounding areas and restaurants. It was absolutely perfect! Well done Amy and Shawn!

Really enjoyed “The Eddy” flat on the 3rd floor. Super clean, high quality amenities, and amazing local art decorating all the walls, hallways and stairwells! Kitchen was great, very spacious bathroom w/ awesome shower, nice comfy bed and super quiet! Will definitely stay here again- Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lafayette Flats. Everything was perfect. The apartment was so nice and clean and comfortable. Communication and instructions for check-in were thorough. We enjoyed the artistic vibe throughout the building. We had everything we needed and the furniture and bed were comfortable. Having such a nice place to stay really made our getaway a fun trip. The flat was immaculate and exactly as described. The town is cute and the flat is within walking distance of several local eateries. Very close to the park and outdoor activities. Communication with the proprietor was easy and they provide good tips and resources for the area, including an especially good reference on area hikes. Highly recommend the Eddy as a base for your getaway in this beautiful region. If we visit again we’d stay here again without question!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Lafayette Flats. The apartment is clean and the host makes sure you are comfortable. Perfect for one or two people. The location is great because you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. I enjoyed walking to the park and adjoining trails each morning.

We stayed at the Lafayette flats as a base for rock climbing at the New. Was great in every way - walking to restaurants and across the street from the local climbing shop! The flats are beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Eddy! What a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking. The art work is lovely and we enjoyed reading about each piece. We have stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and this is definitely the top one. Thanks to our wonderful hosts.

This is our second time staying at Lafayette flats and we will be back again for sure. This time we went with some other couples and each couple rented a room. It was such a great getaway. It was super clean and had such a cool, comfortable vibe. Communication with property manager was great and check in was a breeze. The new store below was awesome too. Great location for restaurants and hiking trails. Just book it! :)

You can tell that the owners are travelers because they thought of everything. We used the flat as a home base for rafting and hiking. They even included an amazing hiking guide book in the room. We used it everyday. The flat is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed checking out all the little details. We loved that there was plenty of storage so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases. The flat was also immaculate. We’ve never stayed anywhere so clean! And we happened to run into the owners and they were so nice. Lafayette Flats is the perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and just minutes from New River Gorge National Park.

This flat and the building are gorgeous. It’s a historic building that was beautifully renovated by the owners. Artwork greets you from the moment you step in and accompanies your walk up the stairs to your flat. Our flat was on the 3rd floor. It was stylish, artsy and simply beautiful. The gray, turquoise and purple fused so well together to create a welcoming, comfortable ambience. I loved it! If you are looking to be wowed stay in this flat. You will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs but that would not deter me. I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact I’d only return to the area if I could stay here. The apartment was sparkling clean with very thoughtful touches. You can tell that the owners really care about making sure their guests have everything they might need in a short term rental. Paintings adorn every wall giving you interesting scenes to admire, it’s like staying in a museum. Necessary cookware is available. I cooked most of my meals as I was on a diet. We enjoyed walking around town too. The area felt very safe. We walked to Pies and Pints and had a lovely dinner one evening. My husband and I appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommend!

The Eddy flat was exactly as pictured online. Rooms are large and roomy. Spotless. Modern technology (HDMI cord for connecting laptop to TV, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, phone recharging hub on night stand). Lots of electric outlets. The shower has two nooks for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The two shower heads (one fixed and one handheld) had a great spray. Four large towels and four wash cloths are provided, but you can ask for more if needed. Kitchen offers a toaster, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The Eddy exceeded our expectations, and the owners are attentive. We will definitely return when back in the area.

Highly recommend! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had modern appliances & nice silverware, plates, pots and pans. Communication with the hosts was great before, during and after our stay. Location was directly in town so close to restaurants & a playground/park. Hiking trails were short drives in all directions, and the local trail guide in the apartment was much appreciated.

Lafayette Flats is a beautiful place to stay. My room, the Eddy, had everything I needed for a comfortable vacation. Fayetteville is super close to New River Gorge National Park which was perfect for me. It was easy to get into the building and my room, even when I arrived very late on the first night. Great communication with the property manager, too, she checked in during my stay to make sure everything was good.

This place is adorable. I stayed here Labor Day Weekend of 2020 and 2021. It is within walking distance to many places, in downtown Fayetteville, and driving distance to a lot of activities. I hope to be back next year!
