There was only one guy who was really rude- upon my checkout- but every single staff person- especially all the ladies who were on staff during my stay- were very sweet & helpful & EXCELLENT- people!!! Everyone of them deserve raises & promotions. Thank you so much!!!

Very friendly staff. Not too bad of a place to stay. Nothing fancy. Smells old, and needs a good deep cleaning. Bed was almost on the floor, never have had such a low bed before. Which was hard for my husband with back issues to get down into bed and up out of.

Not so good
Had issues with some really loud guests. Front desk did next to nothing about it. If she did then it didnt work. If you exspect a quiet night. May not be the place. Walls are really thin. The guests had a prior warning. The shower head was broke. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked, also near the heater on the wall. The beds were super soft and extremely uncomfortable. Pool is really small, hot tub is warm. The breakfast is edible.

The bed was lumpy and hard. There were kids running up and down the halls until after 11pm. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

Our stay wasn’t too bad, the hotel is older, their systems could be updated. The blankets are old and pillows are old, I was nervous to sleep on them. The mattress was super uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on springs. Overall, if they at least made the bed comfortable, with comfortable pillows and new blankets, I’d give it a better rating. The staff was nice and gave us extra toothbrushes and paste. The breakfast selection was nice too.

Average Hotel stay
The stay was ok. The room had very warn furniture. The room had a space heater on and the main furnace off when I got there so I’m not sure what that was all about. The breakfast was good.

Pool is a great size, friendly, good breakfast. Clean rooms and spaces. Only complaint is that beds are saggy, especially pull out couch, and pillows aren’t very good.

There was blood on the blankets...not stains but actual blood. We were so grossed out neither of us wanted to even stay there but it was late. The front desk lady was apologetic and gave me new blankets but I was still pretty disgusted.

Check in went fine except the rooms we booked together were on different floors. We got to the room and one of the beds was not made, had to go to desk for pillowcases. Then had to go back down for toilet paper. We were moved to a different room after not being sure our beds were changed at all. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would not stay here again.

The beds were very old and uncomfortable. You could actually feel the springs! And the bedding was very minimal and almost non existent. Staff were great, and friendly though. I wasn't expecting 4 star by any means but I paid $140 just to have 2 queen beds and I'm not sure the price was worth it.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Heat was on, which many shut off when its cold, so the room was nice and warm upon check-in. Breakfast was tasty and full of options.

Nice place would stay again.
Jacuzzi suite was really big! Nice clean room. It is right on highway 10 and the highway noise was loud so if your a light sleeper make note of that. It has two windows the one by the Jacuzzi side of the room was much louder traffic noise than by the bed so that helped. Pretty nice place over all. New larger TV's for the whole floor the day we arrived. Bed was pretty soft but still comfortable. Breakfast was normal selection and good. We would stay again!
