This sunny 2-bedroom suite features 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, With a lockable door between the 2 units, you'll have all the privacy and security you need to feel right at home. There could be other guests on the upper level. There are private parking and seperate entrances with seperate codes.

There is a community hot tub if you are renting part of the Bungalows. You can rent the entire house, which sleeps 12, or you can rent only the top floor that sleeps 6. There is another option, you can rent only the bottom floor that sleeps 6. If you are renting a portion of the home, the hot tub is for all guests. There are rules posted and you need to adhere to the rules.

If you are renting the entire property, you have all the parking and only your guests will have access to the hot tub.

Guests have full access to the bottom 2 units. The shed is locked and is not available to guests

If you are renting just the bottom floor there is also a community hot tub and if there are guests in the upper unit you will be sharing the hot tub.

This unit features 2 units. There is a locked door in between the two units if want extra privacy.

Unit 1 features a king bed, queen sofa sleeper Full bathroom, full kitchen
Unit 2 is a queen studio featuring a kitchenette and a full bathroom.
This unit is located in the middle of Bayview you can walk to the lake, Marina, store bars and restaurants.

Bayview is a walking community. You can walk, ride bikes or take a golf cart or ATV just about any place you need to go to in the town of Bayview.
