*WHERE CAN I PARK?* - A maximum of 3 sedan-sized vehicles may park in the driveway. - Street parking on Broadway is metered and does not allow overnight parking. Per city regulations, trailers, large trucks, buses, or oversized vehicles are not permitted in our parking area. - If you need to use street parking, we recommend using a nearby parking lot or garage to avoid potential citations. Guests are responsible for any costs associated with off-site parking. - The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. If using the driveway, pull in fully so that no part of the vehicle extends onto or over the sidewalk. - Do not park within the white-painted box in front of any driveway, as this area must remain clear for egress at all times. - Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?* - There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies). - There are 4 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. *CAN I SMOKE AT THE PROPERTY?* - No smoking or vaping is allowed in our home or any indoor space.
