« The house itself was great. I had a group of 22 adults. The house gave us plenty of space for everyone. All couples had big enough beds, the back yard was amazing and we never felt cramped. To be this glose to NYC was perfect. We took the ferry from Hoboken into the city and it was easy to uber back late night. My only complaint was the lack of info on parking. « The location of the flat worked very well for us, and because we were out most of the time, it ultimately suited our needs. However, the apartment did not fully meet the standard advertised on Vrbo. The walls were stained in many places, some areas including parts of the hallway were visibly worn, the kitchen has seen better times, and the cleaning was not top-notch. In addition, the broadband was not working initially, and we had to ask the host for an alternative, which he kindly provided....

"What is fantastic about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and so easy to get to/back from the shows (all within walking distance). However, this is a hotel in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms are run down, everything is in dear need for a refurbishment. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival. Not great client service"
