You agree to indemnify and hold harmless on behalf of you and any associated parties to hold the vacation rental its owners, cleaners, trades peoples and any other associate parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of the use of the associated premises.
