Did not like the lack of towels and personal items such as shower gel shampoo and conditioner .

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize the toiletries seemed sparse, we are always more than happy to hand out extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. We also have razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs available upon request.

The walls are paper thin, so I listened to the neighbors watch TV all night. I’m a business traveler, so I have to print one document every trip, and this hotel does not have a computer or printer, or anyway to email it to the front desk to do that for you.

I am so sorry that this was your experience. We do have an email guests can send things to for printing things, we have a couple of new persons that are still learning, I will make sure to revisit with everyone about being able to print for guests. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Hotel stay was fine. Only issue (slight) was the breakfast options. There were not any hot options besides the pankcake maker.

There was dust and dirt behind the bed. they need to replace the mattress was too soft and you sink into a hole. The hard-boiled eggs tasted funny. there was coffee ground in the coffee.

I will get with housekeeping to make sure we are doing a thurough job. I have been keeping an eye on the coffee and the end of the pot, it seems to be alright, but will keep an eye out. We hope you will be back to visit us in the future and give us a chance to do better.

I apologize our stay-over service policy was not clearly stated online or at the desk, we will find a solution for that. I hope you will give us another chance to do better in the future and if so, please request housekeeping services for your room daily while checking in & we will make that happen.

It was packed with hockey teams whose parents were drinking in the lobby past 10pm. Unsupervised Kids running around the halls and playing sing sing ditch. Breakfast was pulled 20 minutes early with no apologies, so awkward.

This property was well kept. We loved our room. It had a separate bedroom the kids could sleep in. Rooms were spacious. Staff were nice.

Good water pressure and hot water. Nice staff. Quiet. Surprised by no carpet in room- would bring slippers next time. Fridge and microwave in room. Lots of outlets/USB ports. Good lighting.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Very friendly staff. We had a suite and it was wonderful. When someone had the TV on in one room, you could not hear it in the other. The beds were very comfortable. The suite had a breakfast bar and an apartment size refrigerator along with a microwave and a smaller size refrigerator. The breakfast was standard fare. They did have fresh fruit along with pancakes, hard boiled eggs, cereal, various breads. There was always coffee available.

Its kinda in a bad spot. Drive thru at kfc was my view, so a lot of headlights. Came into breakfast at 9:50 some woman yelled at us to get out.

Decent stay
The king suite with bunkbeds was a big hit with the kids. The bathroom was very tiny, beds were okay. Bad pillows. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool & hot tub were good temperatures. Towels surprisingly soft. Great location. Breakfast was a good selection. Owner did get snappy with us about messes at the breakfast but apologized later.

We would stay again
I would definitely stay here again. The room itself was great, no carpet! My kids loved the bunk beds. Our king bed was comfortable. We had been atving and we were cold, tried turning heat on and it smelt horrible! Hallways smelt funky, but room itself was fine until we started the heater 😀

I was there for 4 nights and the maid never brought towels or cleaned my room. The breakfast buffet has no protein other than hardboiled eggs in a bag. (That gravy doesn't count). There is no elevator. The steps leading up to the second floor were never vacuumed while we there because the same piece of little tree bark on the step was there when we arrived and there when we left. The employees are all doing 2 jobs and are very friendly - it's not their fault that no one has updated this property. No coffee maker in the room. No dresser. And no hangers.

You will be comfortable here
The room was just right for our stay as it had everything we needed. Only complaint was that more hooks are needed to hang carry bags and clothes to keep them off the floor and out of the way. Breakfast was varied enough to have something different each of the four days. As with any business, there is a shortage of housekeeping staff so you will likely have to ask for services if you want them. When we did ask, our room was refreshed to our satisfaction. We will be returning!
