« There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

« This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056 »
