Hôtel propre mais très désagréable. Très voire trop près de l autoroute et très mal insonorisé, nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits qui ont été très mauvaises.Pour nous français , il est particulièrement étonnant et désagréable que la chambre ne soit pas faite tous les jours et que les serviettes utilisées mais très mouillées ne soient pas changées.A éviter

Hi Dominique, We are disappointed to hear that although you found our property clean, you did not have a wonderful stay with us. We do apologize for the noise disturbance due to the street noise. While there is not much we can do regarding outside noise, we can still try to assign a much quieter room if requested at check-in. As for HSKP/cleaning services, post COVID-19, Hilton has adopted a clean stay policy leading to housekeeping upon advanced request only. Additional amenities such as towels, linens, and toiletries are available upon request. We regret any inconvenience caused, but our housekeeping policy is clearly posted in all guest rooms and bathrooms. It must be requested from the front desk if guests require it before the scheduled cleaning. Thank you for considering our hotel for your stay in Baton Rouge and taking the time to post your review. Hôtel moderne et fonctionnel. Il y a bien une petite piscine mais elle est rendue inutilisable car elle est en plein soleil et aucun parasol. C’est dommage. Cet hôtel est récent et très propre.

Very small rooms, no drawers, no closet, metal bar above suitcase table for hanging clothes, tiny desk that rolls under TV, poor continental breakfast, my toilet didn't work and since maintenance was not available, they had to switch my rooms requiring me to pack and unpack again. Poor excuse for a Hilton.

The compact room size, lack of real closets and drawers, tiny roll-out desks, etc., are attributable to the modern European simplistic hotel design style produced by Hilton. The room design is by Hilton to have guests create a more inclusive room space by using nooks under the bed or the ledge on top of the AC units. While our rooms are small, they have been thoughtfully designed to maximize space with efficient storage. Sadly, there's not much we can do about the concept design of the TRU brand. Nonetheless, we thank you for raising your concerns with us, and we have noted your comments to share with the Tru by Hilton leadership team at Hilton. We apologize that our breakfast did not particularly appeal to you. We have taken your feedback on board and will work on improving our breakfast quality. We are very sorry about the toilet issue that caused some disruption to your experience. We understand that such scenarios can be inconvenient, and we assure you that our team does perform preventative routines to ensure our guest room features are functioning efficiently; however, despite our sincere efforts, sometimes things do happen between checks. Your feedback is valuable to us, as we are constantly improving and evolving based on what we learn from our guests. Thank you for sharing your insights. Check in clerk was more interested in her phone than us. The beds were really uncomfortable. Walls were thin so heard every noise in hall and outside.

Front desk lady sent me to the wrong room. It was supposed to be a king bed and she put me in a standard double. I had someone knocking in the door at 11:30 saying they also got that same room for the night. Then they left and the following morning a lady from the hotel knocks on the door at 7:00 am saying no body was supposed to be in that room and questioning me how did I get a key for that room and insinuating I didn’t check for the room. She sent me to talk to the fromt desk lady which was a different lady who said that someone made a mistake but since it was only one night it was ok. ??? Not sure if I will be back.

I won’t book again at Tru simply because their beds are like rocks. If you like a hard bed it is perfect, but I get severe back pain there. Also, breakfast is just passable.

There was no hot water. Apparently, there was an issue with it, which we were not informed of upon check in. So, neither guest could take much of a shower. No credit or refund was offered. We were also immediately hit with the stench of weed smoking around the back entrance door while unloading our vehicle. It was really just an unpleasant experience all around. The room itself was adequate.

Another good stay!
Love staying at this place. Not a big fan of the pillows but they do have a variety to try to fit everybody’s tastes. Will always be my go to for hotels. Staff is very friendly!

The hotel suggested we check in on the app. and we did but upon arrival we still had to physically go check in with the hotel front desk and the person at the front desk was very dry and not welcoming to the hotel. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I was NOT impressed with the service at the hotel. I booked for 2 Queen beds for the size of the room and comfort. Instead I received a King size bed for 3 people to sleep in, which included a 7 year old child that tosses and turns and kicks all night. I called the front desk and their sol it son was to refund me and send me on my way when I had nowhere else to go. NOT a good experience. I do not recommend booking this hotel for your stay.
