Great price; wonderfully convenient to airport. The facilities are in decline and shabby. We were give a room that had not been cleaned. The second room was acceptable but showing its age. The safety lock on the door was broken/missing. The channel changer was uncooperative. Nice, helpful staff. Left before breakfast. Thank you.

Would NEVER book here again. Loud, dirty. If I wasn’t already leaving at 4 AM for a flight, or had ANY other option, I would have went somewhere else. Staff were friendly enough and I made it to my flight, but didn’t get any quality rest because of how noisy this place was

If you are looking just for a bed and shower this place is fine. If your looking to got to the first floor good luck the 1st button was broken so we had to use stairs which is fine for younger people, but keeping up with hotel standards a no go. Oh my good I don't want to mention how horrible check in was. No hello, no what's your last name, nothing nice or sweet just I need ID. The white lady from Sat Feb 24 at 9pm should quit and never do customer service ever again. She was out loud complaining about never doing this shift again, about her job, could not find keys, and I could keep going on the front desk staff, but it would frustrate travelers. Bring your own pillows mine had blood splatter and no pillow protectors on any pillows. Couldn't find pillow cases for replacement. For being a past Guest Service Manager myself I do understand late night check ins and in multiple positions you have to for front desk and the people for 18 years, and I know this hotel is leaving a whole hotel and people in hands of incompetent people. Good luck never again pay the extra money and go somewhere else it's not worth it for couples on a romantic getaway from kids.

Deposit needed is twice of that of holiday in. Our room smelt mildewy. Pills are smaller than my head. It was a okay place but for a little more you can get better. Breakfast did have a decent array of options though.

The ceiling was leaking and falling apart , my covers has blood on it and we’re dirty , the tub was sooo dirty with black spots in it I could not stay ! I asked for fresh covers and house keeping and was not accommodated

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. First room they put me in stank like a Super 8 smoker room and wasnt clean, the second was a little better but not much. Staff has to get ice from the ice machine for breakfast at 6am, so if you're on the first floor near the ice, dont count on sleeping in. Linens are clean, I think, but all of them had some stain on them. The couch in the room was also gross/stained. I wouldn't have paid more than $30/night to stay here. There is nothing within walking distance and I probably wouldn't recommend walking anywhere in the area anyway. It's not the nicest part of town.
