« The location and apartment were great! Unfortunately the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in - so lumpy and uneven we couldn't sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame all night. The mattresses all need replacing! »

« Excellent location for where we wanted to go and visit. Great views and excellent dog walking opportunities. Look forward to staying again in the future. Dogs enjoyed themselves too. Bed very comfortable, shower very good. »

« From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! »

« Clean room, comfy bed and a good shower. Hallways could have done with a quick vac. Missed second day breakfast but still enough left. »

« We had a lovely stay here and were very pleased with the overall experience, great central location, clean and helpful staff and a nice breakfast included to top it all off! I stay again next time I visit my family. »

« I stayed here for one night with my partner we had a double room very clean with a good bed .On arrival staff very friendly&helpful we went for a friends party and reception advised us how to get there really good top location on the seafront, bar well stocked had a drink in afternoon and night staff great definately stay again a little gem . »

« A lovely room with a pleasant view in an historically important building. Excellent service from friendly staff, great for people who appreciate Art-Deco and Poirot. What's not to like? »

« A lovely pub with a stunning beer garden and direct access to the canal path for walks to Carnforth Morecambe and Lancaster. Only issue was the heat in the room which I appreciate it was unusually hot but room 3 also has a large noisy extractor fan outside the window so it was either heat or noise. The fan does get turned off at night. Would still stay again and the food was excellent. »

« On arrival was told restaurant was closed due to a private function. A telephone call would have been appreciated so we could sort out our meals. Also listed as a hotel and was actually a very loud pub. »
