The rooms have minibar price lists in them and water is listed on these. The waters that we have in our mini bar comply with Accor's sustainability compliance of not being a single use plastic, these are biocane bottles. However water is provided complimentary for Accor Gold level loyalty members and higher.We hope you have an enjoyable long weekend and Easter

I apologise that you did not receive a call prior to the date of your checkin as the team did make attempts to contact all of our incoming guests to advise of the Restaurant being closed for a private event. These kinds of one off events do not occur very often at the property and it was unfortunate that it corresponded with your stay with us.

Our property is an existing property that was built quite a few years ago, in its lifespan it has been under several banners. We actually have 50 rooms at our property so not really a small property. I also note that you stayed on the long weekend and rates will always be reflective of this.
